Amazing service. The owner was walking out the door and I asked her can I get lashes and brows tinted. She came back in because she knew the other lady was too busy to get me. I appreciated that because it was 8 and they close at 9pm with the mall. It's a small shop but they are so awesome. My brows and lashes look so good. I got so many compliments. I sent to get my Dominican blowout across the street and thought i stop by the mall Ana see what they had. I'm so glad I did. Never been to this mall or side of town before. I will only come to her now. She also did my makeup for me so pretty. And she was so quick. I also bought some make up from her. I'm going back next week to get a nose ring. I love her personality. She has great reviews and rightfully so. She has a new loyal customer now. The mall is kind of ratchet but who cares. I'll be going from now on. She threaded my eyebrows to perfection. Tinted them just right. And my lashes look so natural and full but not too full. She got me all the way right. And she also does facials. I'll get one next time. I am turning 30 this year for reference. When I find someone who does a good service, I am loyal. I get my eyebrows threaded here every 2 weeks. I also get my lip waxed. I always go to Salma. She's the only one who can touch my brows. She's the best! read more

This is the worst eyebrow threading place I have ever been to. On 01/17/26, I had my eyebrows done by an older woman who showed absolutely no customer service skills. She was on the phone the entire time during my service. She threaded one eyebrow, then stopped to answer a call. Then she did the second eyebrow and answered another call. It was extremely unprofessional. After threading, I agreed to eyebrow tinting, even though I was already nervous since it was my first time there. On top of that, I am six months pregnant and very uncomfortable. I made it clear that I needed someone who would listen to me and work efficiently because sitting for long periods is difficult for me. I explicitly told them I was uncomfortable due to my pregnancy, so she was fully aware. Before the tinting started, I clearly explained that I wanted my brows light with a natural fade in the front. I specifically said I did not want boxy eyebrows. Despite this, she kept messing up and had to ask a coworker for help. The entire time she was applying the tint, she remained on the phone. Once she finished applying it, she actually stepped outside the store to continue her call, leaving me sitting there. I immediately expressed to another employee that this was not what I wanted. She tried to help by wiping the front of my brows, but I repeatedly told her I just wanted the tint completely removed. The tint was staining the rest of my face because of how poorly it had been applied. She told me no and said I needed to wait 10 minutes. Five minutes later, she was still the only one helping me because the original technician had not returned. I told her again that I could not wait and that the tint needed to come off immediately. When the original lady finally came back after her coworker had already wiped the tint off my face, I started crying and explained that this was not what I asked for and that I felt completely ignored throughout the service. Instead of apologizing, her coworker suggested putting concealer on my face. I clearly said no, I just wanted everything removed. At the register, the same rude technician offered me 25% off. I declined and again explained my concerns. She gave me attitude and claimed that I had been there several times before, which was not true. I had already told her while sitting in the chair that I had just moved to Atlanta from Arizona. That alone proves she was not listening to me at any point. She then tried to force me to pay $25. I refused and told her I would only be paying for the threading service and nothing else. Do not come here unless you like boxy eyebrows. They also overcharge for tint. A box of tint costs around $5 and can be used on 20 or more clients. Tinting should not cost more than $7. This experience was stressful, unprofessional, and extremely disappointing, especially as a pregnant customer who clearly communicated her needs. My family members sent me here.... Trust me when I say, none of us will ever come back to this establishment.... Hope you fire that individual! read more

I went and got individual lashes Friday. I explained to her I didn't want them bulky she says she will double the glue with my individual lashes as she doing them them everything on her smelled like complete garlic as she speaking. I almost threw up not sure if she had just eaten or what. My lashes did come out nice and I was pleased until late that night they all began to fall off. I went back the next day to tell her along with any customers I saw going to her booth. They are a rip off and not offer to fix and NO this was not a strip. Very unprofessional service and not quality. Spend your money elsewhere. read more

I have been attending this shop for about a year and my experience continues to decline. I continued to go because of convenience but this is last time I will deal with mediocrity. The staff are always very nice but the quality of threading is lacking. Out of the 5 times I have been, I walked away once saying my eyebrows were decently done. Unfortunately I will not be returning again although the customer service is always great. They do other services I have never tried but I would avoid for threading. read more

I've been coming 2 get my eyebrows threaded by Rozy 4 a few years. I thought I knew her schedule pretty well, but showed up when she was off. I let the girl with the "drawn on" eyebrows convince me that "the other lady" who does hers is good 2. NOT. As I sit here & wait 4 Rozy this will probably b my last time coming here. The make up artists are bootleg & the workers speak their native Indian language. Rude. So, in the middle of my service, Rozy(the boss) starts arguing with 1 of the make-up artists in front of paying customers. I couldn't believe I was witnessing the whole thing. Then, I go 2 the bak 4 an underarm wax & the arguement escalated. The ONLY reason I stayed AND paid is b/c I was going out of town & desperately needed the services. Can't say that I was totally shocked tho, I expect this kind of behavior from Greenbriar mall. I do NOT recommend this place OR any of the individuals working there. It's a hit or miss experience if the owner is not in. I don't stay if she's not. I refuse to be discussed to my face as they stare and share opinions about me in their native dialect. Then to go in the back and get otgers to gape. I also don't need a ESOL learner teaching me how and where to complete a sign in sheet. The next time I see the owner who I've been patronizing since she had the kiosk with one chair in the middle of the mall i will discuss them in their language! Watch me! Oh and the cartoon character makeup artist belongs EXACTLY where she is...Greenbriar! She's dreadful. She did my daughter's brows once before prom and they came out clown like.
