I see Jennifer specifically and I almost exclusively get pedicures with polish I bring from home. What I like about Jennifer is that she's got a very gentle touch, doesn't rush, and allows me to be quiet the entire time. You'd be surprised at the different techniques that techs have. She has never nicked one of my cuticles or been sloppy with her work. Getting a pedicure is a treat that I give myself where I don't have to do anything or talk to anyone and Jennifer is the perfect tech for that dynamic that I need. The staff there is also friendly and attentive, and I've always been quickly greeted by the front staff. Their online appointment booking is very useful too. What's also nice is that it's next to Fish City Grill so I can pop in for one of their Gold Margaritas after I'm done ;)

Kelly did an INCREDIBLE job, this is honestly the happiest I've ever been with my nails!! Another woman worked on my cuticles and they've never been so picture perfect. I felt like both women treated my nails the way they'd treat their own. They even did a lovely arm and upper back massage. I requested a look that needed two colors of dip so it took a bit longer than I expected but came out perfectly. Kelly knows her stuff! I showed the technician a photo of the exact look I wanted for my toes, and he confidently assured me he could replicate it. I opted for a simple acrylic overlay no pedicure which took about 45 minutes. Although the process felt a bit rushed, I gave it the benefit of the doubt since it was my first visit and I know every technician works a little differently. At first glance, everything looked fine, so I paid and left. But once I got home and took a closer look, I was honestly shocked. The acrylic was far too thick so much so that it looked like it had seeped underneath my toenails. I've had acrylic overlays many times before, and I've never seen them look this bulky or uneven. I was extremely disappointed, especially after confirming in advance that the technician could execute the look I wanted. This result was nowhere close. When I reached out to the salon, they told me I should've said something before I left. But honestly how was I supposed to notice something like that without bringing my foot to my face? That level of inspection shouldn't even be necessary if the job is done right !!!. I was offered a fix, but unfortunately, I'll be out of town for the next week on vacation (which is exactly why I wanted my toes to look good now). It would be easy to overlook the nondescript store front, and it's not exactly remarkable looking once you get inside either. All that being said, Le's Nails is far and away the best nail salon I've ever been to anywhere. Perhaps most importantly, Le's Nails is always impeccably clean. No doubts about sanitation here! Le and his team are attentive and friendly, and they will give you one heck of a shoulder massage as part of your manicure service. They greet me by name when I walk in... an experience so rare in this day and age, it's a little startling every time it happens! There seems to be an unspoken rule amongst Le's customers to keep their voices low if they talk at all, and you would not believe what a difference it makes towards a peaceful and relaxing experience. This place may not be a luxury spa, but I leave feeling as though I've visited one! About half the time I end up falling asleep in the recliner chairs while my nails dry. Prices seem reasonable or even cheaper than the norm, although I'd certainly be willing to pay a premium here! I personally don't like to go in a Nails Salon because of the acrylic smell, however, this place doesn't have that smell at all. According to the owner, they don't offer acrylic services, which keeps the smell away from the salon. Their price is average. Their customer service is great. Ask for Karen. She did my wife's nails and she will pamper you.
