I had gone here a few times but have since found a better place. Here's my reasons: - once when I went there was Wendy's food on a nail station being eaten and the girl was just walking around the salon eating it - the male tech is overly invasive/ flirty / talkative or something. He used to try to ask to hang out when I first went there and it was a big push away for me. I want to get my nails done without my nail tech making things awkward. - a girl I had do my toes once, I thought she stopped breathing because of her size and how she was positioned. It was concerning! But then moments later she whipped her leg up in the air to show me her tattoo. Overall this place is dirty, the staff are super unprofessional, and when I'm spending money on my nails, I want to relax and feel pampered, not distracted by every little thing every moment. read more

Can't beat that for 35$ first time there the staff was nice and friendly and pretty funny if were being honest I brought my own polish from home which wasn't a problem at all and they came out perfect (ill add that as the corona virus is going around you are required to wear a mask, they have them for 2$) read more

This place is....interesting to say the least. The first thing you notice is the overwhelming smell of acetone upon opening the door. You expect a little bit when going to a nail salon, but this takes the cake. For a mediocre pedicure that still left scraps of half attached skin on the bottom of my feet, you can probably find better for $50. read more

Went in for a regular manicure. Only waited a couple of minutes, they seem to be steady and it was Tuesday so I imagine they get very busy on the weekends. Keisha did my nails. She's very personable and listened to me and made some great recommendations on caring for my natural nails. She was careful in shaping them as my nails are weak and brittle. I went there for the first time a couple weeks ago. My last salon was too bougie and changed prices if they thought you had more money. This place was nice and chill. The people were nice and down to earth. They don't make you feel out of place because you don't speak their language, they make you feel welcome. The staff was extremely unprofessional. They were fighting in front of customers and talking on the phone while doing my nails. The floors were dirty. One of the staff had her feet on the table and her feet were visibly dirty I got gel polish and they did not let it dry all the way and chipped before I left the parking lot. I went here because it had mostly good reviews. It was 2:00 in the afternoon and I was a walk-in. I came for a manicure and they told me it would be a 20 minute wait. This seemed believable since there were 4 workers and no one else waiting. Well, I didn't get seated until 3:15 and my manicure was done by 3:30. It was a shoddy job. The place is not clean either. I called a head of time to get an appointment at 1:30 and didn't get seated til 1:50. My nails look like I need a fill in. The gel polish I got charged for was not the right color. I told the tech and he actually looking dump founded like he couldn't do anything about it. So I got another polish and started painting it the color I wanted then he wanted ed to paint it. I went to say a word with the owner and she acted like there wasn't a problem. The tech kept getting up doing other things and wasn't fully focus on my nails. I went in happy to get a fill in and a broke nail fixed and came out feeling like I got robbed and pissed. Do y'all see these nails so to speck. Any suggestions for a better one? read more

I was in Charleston visiting and wanted to go get my nails done. I walked in and explained that I wanted a full set of acrylics. They tried to convince me that I needed gel nail polish because it lasts longer. I refused 3 times. Once they took the hint I was directed over to a station. The girl who did my nails was laying across the customer seats like a child. I actually thought she was their kid! She never asked what shape I wanted, just started going to town. She made my nails super square, which I usually get square anyways but the edges were soooo sharp and not rounded at all. The acrylic was not smooth making the sides very angled. When she was done, she never cleaned out from under my nails, leaving tons of acrylic powder and glue. She let me sit at the station in front of her fan to dry. I never saw her again the whole 10 minutes or so I dried. I walked out and no one said anything. Definitely don't recommend this place at all. read more

Will NOT be returning. Went in for a pedi and the lady who did my pedi had no customer service skills. While she was doing my feet she made a comment about my feet being dirty (I had just taken a shower). I asked her if she was talking about me and she said "yes". The remainder of my visit she talked to the other employee, when I tried to say something to her she completely ignored me. She made a comment about getting off at 6:00 on Saturdays and was obviously not going to get to leave at 6. When I was finished and paid for my services I said thank you and she did not respond. It appeared everyone else was being treated properly but this particular employee was rude. I don't know her name but she was the only caucasian there. I will not be returning because of her. read more
