I've seen some bad reviews here and don't understand it. I've maybe had a little wait a couple times but that's because they were so busy. I consider that is an indication of good work. I don't do manicures (don't like people messing with my fingernails) but Erin is the best person I've had to do my pedicures of any place I've gone To. I've never had a time that my toenails didn't look good when she finished and the polish has always lasted ( I go about every 6-7 weeks). Cannot do black gel polish. I went back to this salon 3 times before I finally gave up. I'm not sure if the tech's don't know how to cure the nails or if their polish is bad. read more

At one point I loved this place, but today was awful. We sat and waited at the pedicure seats for 15 minutes and I had to ask to at least soak while waiting. After waiting another 30 and watching the person that I was told was gonna wait on me, pass over me to help another person. Then watch the lady rush through my dudes pedicure, 10/15 minutes she was done. Needless to say I didn't get a pedicure. And as I went to pay I was told I pay nothing. How is that an issue. I was suppose to pay to sit in the water, I won't go back. Bad service, worse communication. And I hate throwing the race card. But just know we were the only blacks in the place. Got exactly what I asked for and more! Julie is amazing!! She fixed problem nails from another salon and they look sooo good and so natural! Posted is what I asked for and what I got...she was super helpful in helping me pick the right colors and shape for me. Always does the best pedi too...I had been coming for pedicures but got treated to somewhere else for nails and Julie fixed them...she also had remembered that I had been coming for several months to get my pedi done there. read more

This is my favorite place to get a pedicure or a manicure in Kanawha County. The owner knows me now, and everyone always seems excited to see me walk in. There is rarely a wait, and if there is, they are very apologetic. They don't rush you through your services if there is a wait though, which I have found many places will do, resulting in a sloppy mani or pedi. They're also very clean. For example, the pedicure tubs are lined with a plastic disposable liner that is replaced every time. Oh, and they do a decent job at plucking eyebrows too. read more

My nails have looked overall pretty good and lasted a long time with gel acrylics. Although, I recently went and a girl went to get her eyebrows waxed and they left the used waxing strip in the back of her head!!! I'm not sure how it got there, but I wouldn't want to walk out of the waxing room with a strip on my head!!! read more

I had a regular manicure and I was really pleased. The lady was polite and took her time with my nails. She didn't file my nails crooked or get the polish everywhere (this has happened to me before). The place seemed clean and the price was great. I would definitely return. read more

Went for the first time last week. Unfortunately I won't be back. Sat at the nail table for 45 minutes and still no service, while others who came in behind me got worked on right away. Awful experience, horrible customer service, Never do business with this company...Went in for a 26$ fill and repair, went to pay, there card machine was obviously down due to inclement weather... Both my debit bank card and personal credit card where run over and over again by both nail tech and manager, I was then escorted by manager to the nearest atm wear I had no problem withdrawing the 26$. Manager treated me like a criminal all because he was to stupid to realize their server was down... Publicly humiliated and never even apologized. Even had to ask him to deducted 2 dollars from my total to cover the atm fee.. My suggestion, educated yourself about the difference between a no answer message and a decline message, if two different cards don't work its more likely your machine and not the customer cards, and above all when u know you've embarrassed your self, company and customer you could admit your wrong and sincerely apologize.. read more
