Stephanie provides excellent customer service (she texted me to see if I wanted to come earlier than my scheduled appointment). She took the time to talk about what I wanted for my hair and explained how she would make that happen. I got color and highlights, as well as a trim. I love love love the color. It's multi-dimensional and I've gotten tons of compliments. As for the haircut, I was just getting trimmed up, and she did exactly what I asked. For the amount of time spent (three hours) and the products used (I have a lot of hair), the price of $125 was very fair. I'm sure you can go to a chain salon and get cut and color for cheaper, but they are probably not going to take the time that Stephanie did on my hair. Chromatin offers many other services (nails, etc.) that I hope to try in the near future. I definitely recommend it for hair coloring service.
