A short time ago, she received a call from someone in the salon saying the person who was scheduled to do the updo won't be in and her appointment was cancelled because no one is available to do it. This is ludicrous, unacceptable and VERY unprofessional!!!! WHAT kind of business does this?! Certainly doesn't happen where we are from! She is not having any luck finding availability in other salons TWO days before the wedding. If you cared about your business and clients, you would find a solution. Simply unacceptable. Yes, she did get a refund, but you did not fix the problem!

If you want a good quality polish, design, etc at a great price this is the place to go. MiMi is awesome at her craft. Some complain about it only being a cash business but it does keep the prices lower than most places. I get gel polish and go in once every 4 weeks or so and my polish looks good the entire time. Now since she is the only nail tech there you should call for an appointment because she is pretty busy.

Stephanie provides excellent customer service (she texted me to see if I wanted to come earlier than my scheduled appointment). She took the time to talk about what I wanted for my hair and explained how she would make that happen. I got color and highlights, as well as a trim. I love love love the color. It's multi-dimensional and I've gotten tons of compliments. As for the haircut, I was just getting trimmed up, and she did exactly what I asked. For the amount of time spent (three hours) and the products used (I have a lot of hair), the price of $125 was very fair. I'm sure you can go to a chain salon and get cut and color for cheaper, but they are probably not going to take the time that Stephanie did on my hair. Chromatin offers many other services (nails, etc.) that I hope to try in the near future. I definitely recommend it for hair coloring service.
