I went in for a pedicure and they took me right back. I didn't have much time and needed just the basic pedicure. The ambiance was very nice, the entire place was clean... even the bathroom! The lady that did my toes was quiet but friendly. It was a bit too warm in the shop so I asked if they could adjust the temp and they did with no hesitation. I will definitely return.

My appointment was with Romana. She was so personal and kind. I'm natural and requested to use my own products (shampoo and conditioner). She respected it, asked clarifying questions about the use to ensure it was used correctly, she was gentle (as a women with natural hair, nothing worse when someone is pulling your hair instead of taking their time to detangle). Ohhh, and when I asked for a trim, she showed me what she was cutting first to make sure I was okay with that. That meant everything to me. Romana did an amazing job and made this experience so memorable. Blowing my hair out...again, took her time and was so gentle, I fell asleep in the chair. Lol In the past some salons I've been too have given me a hard time when I wanted to use my own products and medicated shampoo. They yank and pull your hair instead of taking the time to section and detangle. Needless to say, I LOVED this place and I will request Ramona.
