The male technician who did my pedicure was excellent. He was professional, thorough, and did a great job. I have absolutely no complaints about the service he provided. Unfortunately, the condition of the salon during this visit made it difficult to relax. I saw roaches crawling on the seating area, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness. There was also a spider in the salon that several employees were loudly talking about and trying to kill, which made for an uncomfortable atmosphere while clients were trying to enjoy their services. The biggest issue for me was watching a scrub product spill onto the workstation. Instead of discarding it, one of the technicians scooped it up with his bare hand and put it back into the bottle. Seeing a product that is used on clients' skin handled that way was very concerning and made me question the salon's sanitation practices. This experience was surprising because it wasn't like this during my previous visits. I hope this was just an off day and that management takes these concerns seriously. The technicians are talented, but cleanliness and proper sanitation are just as important as good customer service. At this point, I'm not sure if I'll return, which is unfortunate because I've had good experiences here in the past.

I genuinely liked this salon in the past, but it now feels like they're taking advantage of loyal clients. I also noticed that they no longer list service prices on their website, which raises questions about transparency. My advice: If you choose to go here, ask for a full breakdown of costs before your appointment and confirm the price of each service in advance. Don't make the mistake I did.
