A short time ago, she received a call from someone in the salon saying the person who was scheduled to do the updo won't be in and her appointment was cancelled because no one is available to do it. This is ludicrous, unacceptable and VERY unprofessional!!!! WHAT kind of business does this?! Certainly doesn't happen where we are from! She is not having any luck finding availability in other salons TWO days before the wedding. If you cared about your business and clients, you would find a solution. Simply unacceptable. Yes, she did get a refund, but you did not fix the problem!

I found Rosemarie's spa and makeup service while searching online for someone to do my wedding…read moremakeup. There aren't a lot of professional makeup artists in Charleston that show their portfolio so I was nervous on whom to choose. When I came across Rosemarie I was impressed that she had her own spa as a licensed esthetician and her portfolio pictures showed women with a "no makeup" classy look. I booked her to do my makeup on my wedding day and the day after since we were getting pictures on both days. She replicated the look on both days perfectly. The look she created for me was perfect and looked amazing in person and in pictures. I highly recommend her!

I have not tried all the services but the ones I have tried have been great . They offer everything from manicures to micro blading . The one complaint I was when they were running 45 min behind and didn't tell me . I let them know they should inform clients when that happens . The following times I have been there they call Or tell me when they are running behind or when they can take me earlier . You can get your hair done there and spray tans, facials and massages . I love that they run specials . They offer water to their customers and have ample parking . It's easy to check out when your done and there is a room to relax while your waiting . This room is a lounge and separate from the rest of the service rooms . I hope this business stays in business and they continue to grow . So glad I found this place . I highly recommend Brie for manicures/pedicures and Erica for massages and facials .
