I even excitedly arrived 15 minutes early and proceeded to show the front desk my confirmation text to check in. Unfortunately, they could not locate my appointment in their system and had no idea why. I was told there must have been a double booking because another client had also scheduled the same time slot. I received a brief apology and was simply sent on my way. To drive there, show a confirmed appointment, and still be turned away with no solution or compensation was extremely disappointing. The error was theirs, yet nothing was offered -- not a discount, not a reschedule priority, not even a small gesture like a gift card.
