Do not go here! I came here for a mani-petti and they cut my toenails so short half my toes are in-growing and extremely painful, less than a week later. I asked the tech to leave them longer to avoid that, but my directions were ignored. I now have an infection on my big toe. The manicure I received was really nothing more than my nails being trimmed. The tech didn't touch my cuticles at all, literally a waste of money. read more

I had it at the preferred length and then he continued to shave it down, and because they overbooked, he rushed to get my nails done. Nothing Luxury about it!!! I went in to get my acrylic toe nails removed and a pedicure. He ripped all my acyrlic toe nails off instead of soaking them. They were being rude i almost got up and left then i wish i would have!!! that was the WORST pedicure i have ever gotten! Ive had a bad couple of days and just wanted to relax he never shaped my toes he didnt clean under my toes nails i could have done that myself and saved 70 bucks! My first experience was okay, and cost of dip was reasonable and I thought that I found my nail salon, but after the second visit there was a disagreement about the cost I was quoted and no adjustment for what I was initially told. $125.00 is a huge jump from $75.00. I can't allow for another mistake so I don't think I will return. Then I received a compliment about my nails and when I stated where I got them done, they too had a similar situation but refused to pay and she was threatened with them calling the police and she told them go ahead and they told her to "get the fuck out!" Your prices is more expensive than Texas, Atlanta, Florida and Mississippi that i've lived and traveled to, but I can not allow myself to be over charged again. $125.00 is what I paid for both my husband and I to get a dip, pedicure and my husband a mani and pedi. Even if these are your prices, your staff quoted me $75.00 and there was no language barrier. He understood English well. The owner is fabulous; I have been to her several times. The last two times I did not get her and the manis have been very poor. The most recent looked bad when I left and started to chip in a 4 days. As a person who has been getting manis for 18 years, I know the difference. I was very disappointed with this nail salon. I would suggest finding another salon. I was a new customer who came in for a GEL manicure. Within 24 hours, my nails were discolored and gross looking. I've been wearing gel polish on and off for the past two years and have never had my polish discolor. NEVER. I do not live in Charleston so I couldn't come back for a color change. The owner would not refund my money--even with me saying I could text, email or FaceTime her if she wanted to confirm my nail discoloration. This was my "go-to" nail salon when I lived in Charleston. Unfortunately, not anymore... I went to get a fill-in and a pedicure Saturday and it was the absolute worst service I have ever experienced at Luxury nails. To make a long story short the owner ended up giving me my pedicure and fill in. He rushed through the process of filing and painting my toes, smeared the polish when he put the cheap flip flops on, then complained that he had to repaint one toe nail.. He then rushed me over to the table to give me a fill in. He started the process very odd as if he were confused on what to do first. He attempted to fill in my nails, paint them and before he was finished said " you pay now". He charged me $50 for a fill in and shitty pedicure, which btw he over charged and my nails are embarrassing. Literally you can see the gap between my old acrylic and my original nail. Awful awful awful. If you go please do not have the owner touch your pretty nails or toes. read more

Worst mani pedi I've ever had! I paid $60+ for the deluxe pedi to smooth my feet. The girl didn't remove callouses or trim cuticles. I got a very long foot soak, two swipes with the big cheese grater on each side of my foot, some lotion, a massage and polish. She didn't need to trim or file my toenails because I keep them short. Polish job was good but my callouss on my big toes and my heels are still thick and rough as ever! I paid an additional $30+ for my manicure for which she did not soak my nails, apply lotion, or trim cuticles. She half ass filed my nails and applied gel polish. Very disappointed in this experience that cost me $100! Plus I was there for 2 hours! read more

I will not go back to this place again. The worst pedi ever. They cut my mom's toe and the polish was put on so thick that even after 20 min it stuck to her shoes and her pedi was ruined. I just recently got my nails done at this salon my husband took me there for a surprise for my job interview (which I barely made it to) when we got in they had me wait almost 2 hours just to even get started and when they were Done I loved my nails AT FIRST the lady said it was $45 dollars which is okay for the length and shape of mine well we go to Walmart and I'm checking mine and my husband's bank account and it said that they had charged his card $54 dollars I then called and asked why was my card charged that and the lady was rude and said no no we didn't charge that well I said our bank says otherwise and if my money isn't back in our account we will be back the next with proof and want a refund well the next day the money was back in our account then not even 2 weeks after my nail cracked in half and then not even a month I barely hit my hand ON MY PHONE and my nail cracked in half and I've had one fall off just doing a simple task so needless to say I'll never be back there again PS side note The lady actually doing my nails took a personal phone call arguing with someone for a good 20 mins while trying to do my nails to me that's unprofessional in my eyes SAVE YOUR MONEY go somewhere else read more

This nail salon is beyond horrible. I'm new to the area so I figured that I would try it out. When I got there's was taken to a pedi chair. My water was not even close to warm however I didn't ask to have it bumped up. I was asked if I wanted the deluxe pedi for $15 more and when I said no all the workers in the salon erupted into chatter about my decision. I know this because they didn't have a word in their language for "deluxe pedi". I got my feet scrubbed, nails painted and had a semi warm towel laid on my legs. On to the next service. Then, while sitting in the chair after all of that, I was brought a cold bowl of water to soak my hands in. I had my left have in it for a couple of seconds and my right hand just under a minute. She cut my cuticles and told me I needed a gel manicure. I declined and waited for the rest of the manicure - the lotion and massage but was never given the rest of what a manicure usually includes. I was taken to the drying table where several other women were after just having their pedis done and we got to talking. One said that this place has gotten worse and worse each time she'd gone there. I asked them if they got their legs massaged and lotioned; they said no. So when my lady came to tell me how much I owed I was shocked!!! $42 is what I owed for basically a polish change. When I questioned why the price was so expensive for what I was provided she assured me that because I was on my phone and talking to the lady next to me that I wasn't paying enough attention to know that my legs and hands got rubbed and had lotion put on them. I even made her touch my hands and legs to feel for lotion and she said they were soft. Yes- I had shaved my legs that morning before going in. I was there from11:10 to 11:50 with 10 minutes of that being drying time. Let me assure you, I've a mani/pedi once every other month for the last few years. Never have I ever it had the bare essentials done when paying for this type of service. I will never go back to this salon and suggest that if you want a mani/pedi done to the right way that you choose somewhere else to go. read more
