A short time ago, she received a call from someone in the salon saying the person who was scheduled to do the updo won't be in and her appointment was cancelled because no one is available to do it. This is ludicrous, unacceptable and VERY unprofessional!!!! WHAT kind of business does this?! Certainly doesn't happen where we are from! She is not having any luck finding availability in other salons TWO days before the wedding. If you cared about your business and clients, you would find a solution. Simply unacceptable. Yes, she did get a refund, but you did not fix the problem!

I got the worst manicure of my life here - seriously! The lady acted like she was in a huge hurry for no reason and my nails don't look any better than when I went in. It was honestly a subpar job. Worse than that, my wife asked for a gel nails set. The owner said they did that but once the tech started working he put an acrylic nail type on. When my wife corrected him about this he literally berated her several times that it was her fault and that she "needed to be more clear". SERIOUSLY?! The tech said this several more times as though it was the customer's fault and not that he misheard although he had just started applying the new, wrong set when she spoke up to ask him about it. We will not be returning to this salon again. The place was nice looking and the prices were fair but the customer experience was SO bad that we will not return here.
