Went there for a tattoo, once I got home puss was coming out, and got a horrible blow out.

Went in for a simple tattoo was told that I would have to get it bigger than intended and they said it would be 150 which was outrageous for what I wanted he told me to sit down in the waiting area that he would have me after the two before me I sat there for two and half hours and two hours before he closes he told me that he didn't think he would have time so I decided that nothing was working and walked will never go again he tried over charge me and wasted my time pic of what I wanted is below read more

Reading some of the previous reviews I agree with a lot of the good and bad comments but you need to be fair and realistic. The primary factor you should be concerned about is the quality of the tattoo and I was very happy with the work I got. I'd definitely go get another tattoo from James Parker the owner. But be realistic. Don't expect to be in and out in 30 minutes. But to deal with this, just order pizza delivery or something. We did. They're not the smoothest with customer service but I bet you'll be happy with your tattoo so come with a plan and get comfortable with your phone charger. Lol... Most importantly I'd mention that you won't be charged an arm and leg for the tattoo. Been to other places that charge a lot more. Again my girlfriend and I were happy with the work James did. Went in to get my septum repierced, it was placed wrong and extremely crooked, had to go somewhere else to have it removed right after.

If you're looking for a shop that's clean, you can't beat this place but when it comes to service, forget it. The fellow who owns the shop is an arrogant slacker who'd rather take smoke breaks and yammer to his friends that come in to hang around than work. There is one other artist there who does great work but the owner all but gets in your face if you ask for him if the guy is not around. They also do not let you know up front that they are a cash only business, not even when you call which was a pain in the butt as I had to leave the shop, go to my bank and come back, which made my appointment 10 minutes late; this on top of the guy who was supposed to do my work already being 40 minutes late. I'd made an appointment and also made sure I'd be there early to get the paperwork done so we could get started. I was very disappointed in my tattoo as well. It was gorgeous the first day but within a week, the ink "fell out" of some of my tattoo and when I went back for a touch up, the owner [who also did the work] tried to make it out that I hadn't done my aftercare properly and it wasn't his fault. I got kind of mad at that point and decided if this tatt needed any further work I was going elsewhere. He also did not seem very friendly towards any woman getting work done unless she was your typical "Playboy bunny" type, which was irritating. I wish I'd have saved my money and gone to another shop rather than this one. read more

Went in yesterday to get a nose piercing and had an awesome experience ! The young lady who did my nose made me feel very comfortable and explained everything to me . I had minimal pain and it was very fast . She did an awesome job ! I will definitely be going back to them do my first nose ring change .Thinking of getting me a little tattoo there later on .I would definitely recommend them. read more

This shop was beyond unacceptable. When we arrived the place reeked of cigarette smoke, indicating it was incredibly unsanitary. The piercer was in the middle of a tattoo when we arrived. I lost the gem of labret for my helix and just needed a gem or a single piece if jewelry. He offered to replace it for me and said I'd need both sides and I agreed. A friend of his arrived shortly after and they talked for 15 minutes before attending to me. He stopped his tattoo and did not change his gloves. He then proceeded to change my piercing, but changed both of them, which I did not ask for. He was rough and cause my CLEAN piercings to bleed. Not only did he not clean the piercings after he changed them, he gave me a piece of jewelry missing the cubic zirconium stone. He then requested $25 and didn't provide a receipt. During the replacement he was talking to his friend instead of focusing on my piercing and when I dropped my wallet they proceeded to laugh as I walked out of the door. I do not recommend this place and would recommend looking somewhere much cleaner and professional. read more

I highly recommend James for your next tattoo. I could tell he knew what he was doing as he worked on my second tattoo. He drew what I requested by hand. It took about 3 hours with a break for both of us. He worked deftly, but not rushed, very professional. For those interested, he has a heavy hand, but I'm confident of ink placement. There is no way in hell I'd go to another artist in this area for the work I have done. James is passionate and ensures my ink is done correctly. I have sent several friends, family members and coworkers his way with zero complaints.
