I was scrambling to find a mover a week before my move after the one I booked weeks in advance pulled the bait and switch (couldn't move me on the 1st because it was a Sunday, extra fees, adding an extra mover I didn't need, etc.). I had a small 1 bedroom with fairly small/light furniture so I only needed two guys. I reached out to a few companies on Yelp, and Prestige Pro comes back with the best rate. White glove, no extra fees, two guys, no problem with the Sunday booking. We locked it down. The day before the dispatcher called to confirm and suggested sliding the time back a few hours due to another booking and offered me a discount for the inconvenience. I used to work for a moving company, so I understood wanting to rearrange the jobs for the best routing for the drivers. Fully respect it. Save them on their trips and gas mileage. Not a problem. Gave me a few more hours to organize my stuff and make it easier for the movers anyway. MOVING DAY! They came in the earlier end of their window, assessed the load, and immediately got to work. No dawdling or wasting time. Very courteous and professional. They carefully wrapped everything and moved quickly, but mindfully with my items. They were ninjas! Every time I turn around, four things were gone! They had the place cleared out in exactly one hour. Traffic was good and though they got a little turned around, they made it to the new place quickly. They backed the truck in and got to work yet again! They rolled out my rugs, and put my sofa in the PERFECT spot without asking. It was like they were decorating! These guys had my stuff unloaded, in the house and unwrapped in THIRTY. MINUTES. Could not believe it! Not a nick or dent in my stuff. No walls or floors scratched. Perfect move! They honored the discount, which I gave back to them in tip. They earned every last cent! I also gave them popsicles at the end because it was really hot and everyone needs a sweet treat, especially when they worked as hard as they did. Thank you, Nick and Simeon! You two were lifesavers! Prestige Pro was the greatest find! I'm recommending them to everyone I know! Thanks again! read more

My boyfriend and I recently relocated from LA to the Bay. We looked at a few different moving companies to help us and came across Prestige. They don't have too many reviews on Yelp, but from what I found they are glowing. We decided to give Prestige a try and they were awesome. They were careful with our furniture, especially my expensive cream colored couch, matching chair and ottoman (I'm always afraid those are going to end up with black marks across them). The crew was super nice, efficient and I especially loved that they wore white gloves while handling everything. This was a step up from the services I've used in the past. I highly recommend Prestige Storage and Delivery and will use them again if I'm ever in the need. I've also recommend them to my friends and family who are still in LA. Keep it up, fellas! read more

Moving could not have been more easy than using these guys. It was strange seeing two fairly young men come in and help me move large pieces of furniture (couch, bed, dresser and book cases). I was expecting big muscle men and got professional, smart, observant guys. They worked strategically observed walls, shelves, cabinets and pictures when passing furniture through the house. I used a GROUPON that allotted me 2 hours of moving time to move from point to point and they completed the task on time. I do recommend their service and will use them again in the future. read more

My roommate and I both needed help moving our furniture and belongings from our apartments into our new place. We called prestige based on a few great recommendations and we're glad we did. We were able to get a weekend appointment within a few days of callings and the men helping us out completed the job in a day (we have a lot of stuff between the two of us). There was a great deal going on on Yelp and that made it really affordable for our budget. In addition to being affordable, the service was very professional and the men took care with our belongings. They treated our things like they were their own. They didn't rush and they were careful with not scratching anything. I would definitely call them again and refer them to anyone who is looking for professional, affordable, and efficient movers. read more

I can definitely recommend Prestige moving. I've moved around a couple of times and I can say that after dealing with a lot of moving companies before Prestige is the best. They were very professional and most importantly very careful with my things. I've had issues in the past when my furniture would get damaged during the moving process but this time there were absolutely no problems. Moving can be a dreading process to many of us but with this company it's not, as they make your moving experience as easy as possible. read more

Professional service, top notch quality and the customer service was spot on. I was impressed and glad to trust them with fragile items. I'll be using them if I need to move again! read more

Anybody can do a good job once, but consistency is the key to being a superior business. Just used these guys for the second time this year and the service was great, once again. Thanks again, Jackson you made our move a speedy and wonderful experience. We will continue to recommend you to anyone that asks in the future. ;) read more

After deciding to remodel, our interior designer put us in touch with Prestige's WHITE GLOVE SERVICE - clearing out the entire wing, storing furniture, artwork and returned everything without a scratch and right where we needed it. They even helped me troubleshoot the DSL! PRESTIGE means not having to worry about my treasures. If you are looking for high end impeccable White Gloves Service, Prestige is the way to go. read more

Great service! I had an expensive item I needed moved very carefully from a crate outside to a room inside my house, and they did an excellent job. Very careful, right on time, day after I called service. The only "white glove" service I could find in LA. Thanks guys! read more

Owners are great to work with! Their integrity and professionalism are unmatched! Wouldn't want yo use any other company for staging and deliveries! read more

Prestige is a winner . I've called a lot of delivery places when I was trying to move apartments a week ago. So many of them overcharged me and had such negative reviews. But prestige gave me a very fair quote, and then they got all of my stuff into my new apartment in less than 5 hours! It was super quick and they were extremely efficient. No problems with them at all. There were very professional and friendly too. I felt my stuff was in good hands. Definitely would recommend them. read more

While planning a move to the Bay Area I have been calling to get quotes from different companies. Prestige by far has been the most helpful and professional. Thank you for being so patient and kind in answering my multiple questions!- some other companies acted like I was inconveniencing them by doing my due diligence! Not Prestige! They provided fair quotes and were able to explain how they differed from other companies. Thanks fellas! read more

I needed someone to help me move a very heavy sleeper sofa from room in my house to another. I called Prestige and they were extremely friendly and efficient. They came the very next day and got the job done in less than an hour. They even called back later in the day to make sure all work had been done to my satisfaction !!! I will definitely use Prestige again for moving services. read more

Helpful and friendly company. While looking for movers for friends near LA I came across Prestige Pro Moving. I spoke with Sean, the owner of the company, and was very impressed! He was very nice and took time to answer all my questions with patience. He was willing to go out of his way to get my friends moved. I will surely be recommending this company to my friends or family in and around Santa Monica and LA! read more

This company was great. I am in interior designer in West Hollywood and are always using misc movers and delivery companies around town. But these guys came with their white gloves and brand new truck and delivered a very expensive antique to my clients home. I was truly amazed at their professionalism. They are reasonable on price and went the extra mile when asked. Very happy will recommend. read more

Prestige was great. No hidden costs. And they were prompt and took careful care of everything and went the extra mile. Daniel in particular was amazing. He is a pro and had a great attitude read more

Great company to work with. After they helped move me I found out about their storage facility. As a General Contractor, I need to have a place to store a lot of items, both business and personal and I sure found the right place. The location is central to my work area, the staff attentive and the rates are great. I have had movers in the past and storage places in the past, the difference between those and this one, is that I feel like I am with friends who care about me and my things. That personal touch goes a long way, and is the reason i'm posting here. Highly recommend Prestige to others. read more

I really hate moving. And I really hate moving companies. Nickel & dime'ing on everything, surprise charges at the end, damaged belongings and so on. Did my (soul-killing) research on a bunch of companies, and spoke to quite a number before I found Prestige. They're a new kid on the block, so-to-speak, but I liked what they had to say and how they treated me as a customer, so I took the chance. Count me surprised - when they say "white glove service", they're not kidding! They were quick, meticulous, and cared for all of my stuff as if it were theirs. At the end, after helping me unpack and all that, we did a quick inventory check and no damage! No damage? No damage! What? My thoughts exactly. Anyway, all in all: friendly, detail-oriented, helpful, and meticulous crew. Prestige is very focused on happy customers so they really took care of me. I would have hugged the truck if that wasn't, well, awkward. read more

Professional, with-it, timely, great movers and a great service! I HIGHLY recommend them for your next month. Wonderful! read more

I made an appointment with a very friendly gentleman who assured me that I would have movers on Monday March 16th at 1:30pm. I even called and confirmed the week before. The crew never showed up. I never got a phone call either. I have been calling them every hour for the last 24 hours and no one picks up the phone or returns messages. Do not use this company and don't believe these 5 star reviews. If it seems too good to be true, it probably is. I am hoping Groupon refunds my money. I will never get the 2 hours back waiting for this company to show up, nor the 2 hours spent trying to find another moving company this morning. read more

Guarantee that you won't be disappointed in working with these guys. The owners are great and conduct a very high caliber of business. Our place in Calabasas had some special items to our hearts that needed careful attention in the relocating process and that's exactly what I got. 5-star all around. read more

I was searching for a few weeks for a good moving service and came across Prestige. The movers called me to let me know they are heading to my place and would arrive in 15 mins. They were able to get the job done within two and half hours and they were super friendly! Although the time exceeded the 2 hours that I initially scheduled for, it was completely my fault since I underestimated the amount of furniture and boxes I had. Regardless, I was able to use the yelp deal which helped with the cost and it was only an additional 30 minutes. I even gave the movers a good tip since I was happy with the service! Best of all, I can use my credit card to pay for the service. Unfortunately, I was charged a different amount than what my receipt had but I emailed Dan and he took care of it right away. There was just some confusion about the amount of hours it took to complete the move. I will be moving again in a few weeks (long story) and the movers were really nice to give me advice on how many hours/men it will take for the next move. I am definitely using Prestige again. Thanks you guys! read more

I needed to move out of my apartment and storage for my things on short notice right before New Years Eve. I left a message with Prestige, and they called me right back. Very thorough in gathering information on what I needed, and very good customer service over phone answering all questions and explaining their service. Was able to set an appointment next morning before holiday. Had movers at my apartment next morning. Moved my stuff with care. Very nice and courteous. White glove service. Hand carried my items. Even broken down my bed with tools they had handy. They were very good on time. Moved everything right without hesitation. No extra time was taken up that wasn't needed. Storage warehouse is very nice. Will add items to your inventory or take them away for you without a problem. Prestige goes extra mile. Extremely pleased with service and communication. Highly recommended. More than fair quotes for service and well worth it. Didn't feel like other movers. They genuinely care about your business and go that extra mile. Definitely will use again! read more
