This is the second time working with Prestige, and they've always had my back. The first time, we had to coordinate a full-building shut-off to fix a broken faucet with frozen shut-off valve. The work flow never completely stopped, but rather than ditch me, they pushed the job through even though the plumber got soaked. Super professional. The second time, they were able to get in quick to fix a purified water spigot. No hassles or disrupted to our work. A giant bubble formed in the ceiling of my laundry room and I figured the toilet from The upstairs bathroom was the culprit. We called Prestige Plumbing , they answered right away and set up the visit for the next morning. The plumber Lance was very prompt. He got right to work and determined the wax ring of the toilet was no good. He changed the rings in bathroom and for good measure I asked him to change the rings in two additional toilets. He was fast and pleasant. The billing was done over email, so convenient. Pricing was affordable, It was easy to make payment over the phone with a credit card. So my water heater decided to spring a leak all over in my garage the other nite. I tried to fix it with flex seal tape lol ‍ that didn't work. So I shut off the water and waited till the next morning to call someone. A good friend of mines recommended Prestige Plumbing. Said that Shawn did a great job on there bathroom. So I used my yelp app and requested a quote. After waiting for some time I didn't hear back so I called . Shawn answered told him I sent in a quote on the yelp app. He didn't get it yet, but I told him my situation and sent him a pic of the damage. Shawn said he could come by later in the afternoon . Great communication he let us know when he was on his way. He also let me know that he got my quote request like 1hr after I sent it. So it's not him it's yelp if you don't get a reply right away. But you can follow up with a call like I did. Shawn got to my house was very nice. Checked out what was wrong and got to work on it. Explained everything that he was repairing and replaced. Once everything was replaced something else started leaking and he fixed that too. We were really happy with his professional services. Didn't take more than 1hr for him to repair everything. Prestige plumbing to the rescue! Let me begin by saying I made a mistake by calling Roto-Rooter to clear a clog that was happening on and off for years. After clearing the clog they recommended I run a camera down my toilet to see what the real problem was. So Jack from Roto-Rooter came out to do the camera because at this time I was fed up and wanted answers, so I agreed. He ran the camera for 100ft and the whole time he was saying that there was breakage in certain areas and it was leaking sewer into the ground. The he said he won't report me to city and county only if we have it fixed by Roto-Rooter for $40,000 by laying new pipe into the existing old pipe. Now I don't know anything about plumbing so obviously I got scared. $40,000 is a lot of money and I was on the brink of tears trying to think how we would pay for this. I didn't want to pay huge fines to the city so I talked it over with my husband. He gave me the proposal for $40,000 and left saying I only had one day to get this special price. After Jack left I began to feel uneasy like I was being threatened or blackmailed into only having Roto-Rooter do the job. So I called one of my best friends husband, Isaac who works for Prestige Plumbing for advice. After Isaac and the owner of Prestige plumbing reviewed the video that Roto-Rooter had done. They were pretty confident that they did not see any breakage but recommended descaling and running another camera just to make sure. They also said it would cost a huge amount less than what Roto-Rooter was quoting me. I was so happy and relieved!!! We immediately set up an appt with Isaac from Prestige Plumbing. Today they came out and performed descaling and a camera. We were all so excited to learn that there is no breakage and that our pipe is nice and clean now for an amazing price. Isaac and Prestige Plumbing really saved me from being scammed and out of $40,000. I highly recommend Prestige Plumbing! They are honest, affordable, professional, local and a complete lifesaver! I would give them more stars if I could. Very polite, always on-time, well priced, and very good at what they do! The plumbers are amazing and the woman running the office is really sweet and very prompt in scheduling and returning calls. My husband and I just bought a house in Kahaluu and the first things we needed was the dishwasher replaced and the washer hooked up. This is an older house so they were honest with what needed to be done, gave us a quote, and came back the next day and finished it within a few hours. Their team is so polite and you can tell they know what theyre doing because they get it done quick! We also had a weird countertop situation and they saw it, made a plan, and fixed it. Theyre all around great at what they do. Recently we had a clog somewhere in our pipes and we knew we had to call Prestige Plumbing again. Shawn and crew came by with Dennis from AAA Best Water to install my water softener. Wonderful job and whatever they did increased my water pressure as well as solved my hot water issue at the farthest fixture from my water heater. As I was cleaning up the yard, I went into the water heater closet for all my gardening tools and noticed that my water heater spring a leak. Shawn just left so I figured I'd call him to come check it out. He was already run route to the next job but he said he would swing back later. Shawn called me back and said he would be coming by in 20 minutes and like clockwork he showed up. Our toilet suddenly started leaking at the base and I assumed we needed a new O-ring. Getting a plumber to come to Ka'a'awa can be difficult and quite spendy. I phoned Prestige and was pleasantly surprised when they said they could have someone at our place in Ka'a'awa within 2-3 hours. Lance arrived on time, just 2 hours later, and confirmed we needed a new O-ring. Boom! It was fixed in no time, and he performed the service with a smile. Great communication, and planning from Shawn. Even leading up to the job there were some delays due to the sourcing of the water heater, all handled perfectly. His guys are just as nice and professional as he is too. I had a seemingly simple job to run some gas lines and install an on-demand water heater but it required coordination as we have multiple people depending on the water. They were patient and respectful coordinating with our other residents, and still had the job completed in one day. Prices are lower than I would have expected for the level of professionalism and competence. This is a delayed review. 3 years we called Shawn to unclog our vanity and shower/tub drains in back to back bathrooms. We had to cancel the first appointment, but was able to quickly reschedule with Shawn. He fixed both of the clogs and taught us simple steps we could do to prevent future clogs and it's been working since then. The tub clog was very difficult and Shawn had to purchase a special equipment that used pressure to unclog the drain. We've called Shawn again multiple times to replace an original laundry faucet, and then again to replace our 2 old water closets. Very professional and courteous, and does good work which is all anyone can ask for. read more

My bathroom faucet was not running and I called Shawn who sent another worker. He did not use the right parts and so the faucet worked but made loud sounds when opened. The 'repair' cost $400. I felt that at that price, the repair should have been done completely and satisfactorily. I called Shawn to have the faucet re-repaired with the right parts but he declined request so my my husband had to fix it which he should have done in the first place and avoided the charge.
