I didn't want to just put a band aid on the problem and have something else go wrong down the road, which I had read others were experiencing. I was given four options to go with, the two cheaper ones, though better than what I had, could still experience problems because of the foam insulation (who knew, and why are they still allowed to use it?). I went with option #2, which also dehumidifies. I can now have the thermostat set a couple of degrees higher, because of how efficient the unit is, and run it from my smart phone.
