I asked the gentleman if it was definitely a C major harmonica, which he assuredly confirmed. Went home and immediately noticed one of the scales was incomplete, therefore making it unusable for me. The F note was missing for one of the 2 scales. That was by design, of course, but what was not - was the gentleman not letting me know before the purchase that it was not a full C major scale. I didn't see the accompanying flyer either, because I bought a new one, not the one I saw on the counter. Going back the next day he was unfriendly, and refused to offer a refund, because "i had already blown into the harmonica". That to me is just an excuse to refuse the refund, because modern day sanitization. would have easily solved that. It's not the price tag that bothers me, but having been deceived and having received poor customer service does. Wrote them an email, but never heard back. Avoid this shop unless you really need their services.

Bruce was very knowledgeable and very personable. He completed the work on both guitars quickly but with the utmost care and attention and even let me make a video of him providing info around future support since my husband wasn't able to pick up the second guitar himself.
