Beautiful work but with issues now unable to get in contact to have resolved. The fence is currently misaligned and I'm unable to lock which is a security concern. read more

My wife and I couldn't be happier with our new fence installed by Prestige! From start to finish these guys were very professional, friendly, punctual and I would highly recommend them to anyone. We got three quotes, this was the middle priced quote and I'm happy we made the decision to work with prestige. The quality of craftsmanship is excellent. Materials are top notch. This was a 1.5 day install, The cleanup was great you couldn't even tell they were there. They definitely know what they are doing! read more

Prestige Fence Design installed our fence and actually did a good job. Luis Gonzalez was helpful and very knowledgeable. But once the fence was installed AND paid for, he disappeared. He told us that our fence had a warranty and if we had problems, to give him a call. We did just that but he never returned our call. After several calls on his cell, my husband, on June29, texted him telling him that he tried calling him but got no response. "There is a top rail that is coming out. Would like to get it fixed. Please let me know when you can stop by." No response. That same day, I messaged him to call my husband and left his number. No response. On August 9, I called him on messenger, no response. Later on I went on Facebook, on the neighborhood page, and asked if anyone has heard anything about Luis since I have been trying to get a hold of him. Well a few minutes later he called me.He said he's been working on installs and was away with famiily loss I offered him my sympathies and if he could call my husband. I left his number again. He said he would call him the next morning. He did not. On August 15, I messaged him and asked him what happened? Not going thru the whole message, I told him that if he ignores this message by the end of the week we would seek other options to get this resolved. On August 20 he messaged me: "What is wrong to your fence??? Also I had to bury my dad. My grandfather and my uncle all I the same month So you know give me a bad ratiNG......I'm over it Thank you and goodbye.....Sorry but I'm done trying to keep other people happy" I was stunned, but I wasn't trying to sound callous. I knew he had a familly loss, but we didn't know how many were involved. (I know it's hard. In 2016, I lost my father, my husband's father, an aunt, two uncles and my husband's niece and we welcomed 2017 with the death of another aunt.) I previously gave him a good rating, but now I withdraw it. His attitude is very unprofessional; and as far as making people happy, isn't a salesman supposed to keep his PAYING customers satisfied? read more

Prestige Fence Design is truly the best. Working with Luis is so easy. He follows up on all details and keeps you well informed throughout the whole process. We had some wind damage to our old fence, and the team was able to expedite the process to help us get a new fence up ASAP. Overall pricing seemed reasonable and the team was able to provide detailed information every step of the way to make sure we knew exactly what we were investing in. We would absolutely recommend Prestige. We've gotten several compliments on our new fence since. read more

I was left with a permanent smile on my face after Prestige Fence Design completed my fence project! I met with several companies before making my final decision. The professional, communication, and patience displayed by Luis, the owner, was the differentiator for me. My wife and I had a ton of questions; he answered ALL of them. Prestige Fence stayed committed to their word each step of the way. The final product is HIGH Quality!!! My neighbors have complimented me and asked if I'd share their info with them. I will be partnering with Prestige Fence again! Lastly, I want to emphasize how awesome Luis is!!! He helped me do something personal that had nothing to do with this project scope. read more

Luis was very quick, responsive, and professional. He and his crew did 150' of 6" cedar fence in a day and a half. The fence looks great, the work was done quickly and well, and Luis was able to offer a very competitive price. My neighbor saw the fence and now wants one of his own. read more

I highly recommend Prestige for any of your fencing needs. Luis was prompt in responding to my request and showed up, as scheduled, for the estimate. Within minutes after discussing the job, I had a quote in hand. He followed up with any questions I had before scheduling. On installation day, the work was completed without any issues and I'm very happy! I have a hard time finding reliable contractors to do a variety of work around the house but with Prestige , it was hassle free at quality workmanship! Prestige Fence Design - Fences & Gates Near Me

The fence they built was very nice, however the gate is already breaking. They also replaced a gate on our front fence, broken. I'm ok with that, things happen, but they do not respond to come make good on their work. Now that they're paid, they're gone. Unprofessional and I'm left with two broken gates and a security risk. read more

The fence is beautiful but the sodering is subpar. Busted posts on both pieces they fixed. all that would be okay if Luis would call back and honor his work. I've tried for months and zero response. if anyone can help - that would be great. read more

BE AWARE. Luis Gonzalez took a deposit for a gate and since then he doesn't respond to call or texts. He took our money and he disappeared. We are extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. Don't let this man fool you. We will be taking legal action. read more

Please don't do business with this company Luis Gonzales ripped me off for 2500 $ . Now there phone # now is out of use. Be careful they're THIEVES ! read more

Unfortunately, I was scammed and cheated by Luis Gonzalez and had to file a police report. Although he initially seemed to be a nice and easy going individual, things have changed as soon as he recieved his deposit. I signed a contract with him in April for a fence and gate. At the end of June he finally had the fence put in but did not install the gate as was planned. He collected another deposit for the gate and shortly there after disappeared. He will not answer any calls. Poor business handling with no communication once he collects deposits. read more
