Quality workmanship and great customer service! Highly recommend for any fence needs in Chicagoland area.

Cruz Fence did an outstanding job from start to finish. Their team completed the fence installation much faster than expected without sacrificing quality, which was incredibly impressive. Throughout the process, they were professional, courteous, and easy to work with. They kept me well informed, communicating clearly about any questions or considerations related to the design and existing site conditions. I really appreciated their attention to detail and commitment to getting everything right. Their pricing was very fair and did not break the bank, which made the overall experience even better. When the job was complete, they left the area spotless--cleaning up thoroughly and making it look like they were never even there. Overall, Cruz Fence provided excellent service, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality work and a smooth, hassle-free experience. read more

Wow!! I cant express how happy I am with the 6 foot wood grain look vinyl fence with black metal posts that Cruz Fence installed. Price was very reasonable compared to other fence companies for the same fence. The results exceeded my expectations. David and the team were all easy to work with and very professional. Highly recommend this company because they are experts. read more

I found Cruz Fence through a friend who used them and was very happy. They had reasonable pricing for how large the area to be fenced in was. It was a special order for a composite fence but David was great to work with and helped me choose a great product with steel posts to make it very strong and long lasting. They promised to start on Monday and complete the fence by Friday. They did as promised. The workers were nice and did a great job with very little disruption to my house and yard. They cleaned up and took away all the old fence and debris. The fence looks great and I am very pleased with David and his crew. I would highly recommend them for any fencing projects. read more

After getting three estimates for a 6 foot traditional cedar fence we chose to work with Cruz Fence. The price was fair, and after Luis did the measurements we were almost immediately on the schedule for installation. The crew showed up a bit early to prepare and started worked by 8 AM. They worked quickly and cleanly, and answered every question we had. Our new fence was complete by early afternoon, and we were (and still are) elated with the final product. It's solid, beautiful, and well-constructed--we know this because we watched as they dug down three feet for the posts, prepared the concrete mix, and hung the gates. It's definitely an improvement to our property. And it smells fantastic! We are looking forward to enjoying this fence for many years. From estimate to finished product, the whole process took just over a week. We are very pleased we chose to work with Cruz Fence. read more

They did a an amazing job when we needed to replace our fence. The owner, Fernando, himself came out and did the walkthrough and explained the different options available. We had gotten several quotes including some from big box companies and none of them went into the amount of detail that Fernando did. That was what sold us on using Cruz Fence! We couldn't be happier with the final product. I would highly recommend them. read more

I highly recommend Cruz Fence their customer service is impeccable and their work is excellent!!

Needed a gate, that was warped and wouldn't close or lock, replaced. Cruz not only provide a very quick quote, but, once we accepted it and sent the deposit, they scheduled the job very quickly, showed up on time, and did an extremely professional job, leaving everything cleaned up and in great condition. The price was also better than other quotes. Highly recommend! read more

Excellent service. Crew was hard working, professional and pleasant. Did a great job. Highly recommended.

Cruz Fence got the job done quickly and professionally--and at a more than fair price.

Beautiful new vinyl fence installed in 2 days! I had over 100 linear feet installed. I received a quote from Luis back in April when I was first getting estimates, and he was the most straightforward, clear, and didn't try selling me on something I wasn't asking for! Due to the pandemic and curfews due to routing, the material was ordered but took a while to come, but once it was, we coordinated a date for the tear down and install! A crew of three men came on two pretty hot days so I made sure to keep them hydrated! They worked so hard and I'm INCREDIBLY pleased with our beautiful new fence! Highly recommend this company to EVERYONE! Communication was great throughout the whole process, through the Yelp app and text messages! read more

Despite the response on Yelp, nothing has happened in regards to removing the 100+ pounds of debris or fixing the "misalignment" of my gates. I lost ferns that were planted 20 years ago and came from my grandmothers garden. Because somebody who was working on my home decided to dump debris on site. If he would have asked, I would have told him to dump them at the back of the property. But still, why are you dumping onsite at all? While I'm at it, here are a few more picture of their work. read more

I called to have someone come out for an estimate for a fence and was told I would get a call back. I never did and reached out to them again and got no response. So I reached out on yelp and a Manager named Luis M. was rude and unprofessional and lacking compassion. He ignored me and stoped responding because I didn't have the measurement for the fence needed for my new home. Every other company was able to come out for the estimate and take measurements. Don't waste your time, find a professional business elsewhere. Update: Per the screenshot below the times are 2pm and 843pm, so the time that you mentioned is incorrect. A free estimate is just that and shouldn't be difficult to schedule. read more

Just had my fence replaced by Cruz Fence and they did a great job. The red cedar fence looks beautiful and they repaired my existing iron gates perfectly. Our fence had been falling over for quite some time, but with a new neighbor sharing the fence and the winter season, it was put off. I live in a home with a homeowners association and they are a bit strict with how the fences should be built. After contacting several companies, including the one most neighbors have been using the last few years, i decided on Cruz based on not only his quote (apples to apples, based on detailed requirements), but also based on his reviews. After going back and forth several times, my own fault, we decided on the exact style and he built it matching our other fence perfectly. I would definitely use him again and will be sharing his contact with my neighbors. read more

Quick response time and service, great price and great customer service. I will be using them for any additional wire fence repairs.

We called Cruz Fence and they came out in just a couple days to give us a quote for replacing our fence, from chain link to cedar. They came out like on a Monday and we were shocked that they started the job the following day. Nice guy who came out for the quote and same for the workers. They worked fast and had the fence done in like 2 days. We combined two jobs and decided to have them replace our front railing and had Cruz paint our storm door to match. We got a 6 ft privacy fence and modernized the front of our house in one job. We are happy with how everything turned out. No bullshit, just good work done right. read more

After several windy days in the Chicago area, our fence needed significant repairs. I called the installer of the fence but didn't receive a reply. I then contacted Luis at Cruz Fence who picked up the phone on my initial call. He came out the next day to give me an estimate and the work was done the following day. From initial call to completion of job took two days! I can't remember the last time I've had a contractor work this efficiently. And the work itself was excellent. They did exactly what I requested and the fence is now strong and beautiful. Thanks, Cruz Fence! I will definitely call them for future work. read more

"Response: You're missing the point Luis. You have no heart for this business. Things are discovered after a job is done and paid too. That's why reaching out to the company for help in correcting errors is important. The fence is an investment. You continue to bring down the customer's feedback to counteract with your policy. For once, be kind and human." If I could give it ZERO stars, I would. DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS to Cruz Fence. The buck is passed between the father and grandfather of who actually owns the business. Luis is the worst rep anyone could ever hire to do a job intake. When the job was done, he enjoys bringing you down with his condescending mannerism in providing you feedback from the workers and makes you feel like you're the villain. The fence was installed with a variety of cracked red cedar boards of what their father installed along with his negative attitude. I witnessed the cedar board being kicked under the door after it was installed. After it was called out to him, the dad and his work crew that consists of their sons lied and stated it didn't happen. After some talking to ALL of them, they finally owned up to it. Unfortunately, no apology was made nor did they change out the boards. The gate door remains misaligned. I've reached out by phone, email and text to Joel who is the owner's son. There is no initiative from Cruz Fence to help their customers in correcting their mistakes. Joel will make believe someone is coming out and we got ghosted. No follow-ups whatsoever. There is no integrity in their customer service nor their work. If you need work done and choose to hire Cruz Fence, please have a Spanish interpreter on the premises. They make errors and talk about it in Spanish but if you catch it on time, you can step in talk to them about it. The dad ignored the plat of survey that was given to him and his team of sons. I had to intervene after we heard him talk in Spanish to his sons..."screw it, we'll set the fence like it was before." The dad didn't like to be caught and talked to about his work. His attitude changed and felt his worked was aggressive towards his work and plowed the nails into the delicate cedar red boards causing cracks. Hence the misalignment of the door, cracked red cedar boards were intentional and found sharp nails sticking out from the single cedar boards in which should have been between the two boards to look seamless. I'm not angry but feel very disappointed in their overall behavior. My family and I have given Cruze Fence time and vast opportunities to correct their mistakes. If this message hits home CRUZ FENCE, please follow up with ALL your customers that have reached out to you for your help. You could have avoided this YELP review. You need to care about your work, professionalism, compassion, understanding and dignity to earn our respect and a 5 star rating. You have a lot to learn about servicing your customers. GREED is not your friend, it will betray you. OVER $5K was paid for your disservice. read more

I had Cruz Fencing replace an 8' wooden fence. They were terrific: responded immediately to my inquiry, gave a reasonable quote, showed up when scheduled (a bit early) and did an excellent job, working quickly and efficiently. Admittedly I was not looking forward to finding a fence company to replace my decerped backyard fence, but when I read the Yelp reviews about Cruz Fence, I got excited. I contacted them for a quote on Wednesday, and Luis (head of sales) was out on Thursday to give me an estimate. It was fair, so I agreed and sent them a deposit using Zelle. Five minutes later Luis sent me a text that a crew would be out on Monday at 8:00 am. It's Monday and the crew arrived at 7:35 a.m. They began to tear down the old fence and put up the new fence. The crew was fast, friendly, and efficient. Needless to say, I am elated with my new fence! I would most definitely recommend Cruz Fence for all your fencing needs. After researching fence companies and other options to keep our dog in the yard and our stuff safe, we decided on Cruz Fence. They responded the same day with a quote based on my measurements and the fence choice I knew I wanted. Once we decided to move forward, they came right out, measured to verify and finalized a quote/contract on the spot and it was the same as what I was quoted on my measurements. Within a week, the fence was in my garage and I just had to wait for the permit. The install took 2 days and the fence looks great. On a side note, our neighbors ordered a fence with a different company in June and 5 months later they were told it would be another 2 months before the product was going to be available. read more
