I am incredibly frustrated with Ergeon's lack of business ethics. They give you a detailed, itemized quote to make you think you are getting clear, transparent pricing. It is an illusion. I asked to remove the optional privacy slats from my estimate to lower the cost. While they removed the $435 labor charge, they immediately jacked up a generic 'Small Project Overhead' fee by an extra $300! They literally penalized me for reducing the scope of work. It is a total bait-and-switch scheme to force you into a high minimum project cost rather than being upfront from the start. Proceed with caution. read more

The communication between the company was terrible. I was never able to reach anyone by phone after leaving several messages. I was quoted a different price than what I was charged. The installation went good and I was satisfied with the finished product but the mess and debris they left was totally unacceptable. I now need to hire someone to clean up their mess and remove it from my property. I have pics and I want to post them. They disrespected my property. Piles and piles of rocks and cement thrown under my rose bushes. There is an area on the side of my house thats the size of a casket where they threw more rocks dirt and cement. **Update on cleanup. The aftermath was pretty poorly cleaned up. Like I stated in earlier review it was raining but upon further review the clean up was not good. See pics below. Overall a fine deal and great job. The fence looks fantastic. The gate opens perfectly and swings wide to allow for yard machines to enter easily. The workers were nice and friendly. I would definitely stay away from this company. The craftsmanship is terrible. My fence looks horrible, the screws are coming out, and nothing is straight. It looks like a wave instead of a fence. This company subcontracted workers who did not appear to be licensed or qualified, and the installation did not match what was presented to us. The workmanship was extremely poor, and nothing has been done to correct the issues despite multiple attempts to contact the company. We never signed off on the work, yet the installer rushed to leave and falsely claimed we did. The crew onsite was unprofessional--no protective gear, poor communication, and they left soil, cement, and debris all over our lawn. The fence itself is full of problems: -Leaning and unstable posts -Uneven heights and visible gaps -Improper concrete usage and shallow post depth -Boards that were poorly cut, badly spaced, and left with splinters -Visible nails sticking out -Wrong stain applied, not what was presented -Panels not "raked" to match the grade, leaving the fence misaligned On top of that, the hardware installed looks way cheaper than what was promised, and the handle we specifically requested for the gate was never installed. The entire fence already shows warping, leaning, and poor alignment--completely unacceptable for a new installation. We contacted the company multiple times, and not only did they fail to fix the issue, but they also missed the appointments they scheduled. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish. Poor quality, poor service, and misleading promises. I cannot recommend this company to anyone. read more

This company messed up basically everything that could go wrong on a simple fence repair job, and it has been an absolute NIGHTMARE trying to get it corrected. The escalations manager Charlie Bonilla has been failing to schedule the assessment inspection needed to correct the mistakes/giving me the run-around for over 3 months. They charged the card I put on file even though the work was not completed as agreed upon. Scam alert! Some of the posts they set don't have concrete footings, they just stuck them in the dirt. None of the ones that do are flush with the existing sidewalk, but instead are below grade and collect rainwater. They used pine posts even though cedar was agreed upon. Panels that didn't line up were just filled with a bunch of screws in random directions. Absolute garbage workmanship and no accountability. read more

I had a simple fence design and the ground had a small concrete issue. They were able to fix it and get the fence installed same day.
