Update as of 6/27/25 My case was given to Fernando the Escalation Manager. He assigned me a new installer to come out and review what needed to be done. Once it was confirmed that he was able to fix all the work from the previous installer, the redo was scheduled. Alex and his crew did an amazing job with the mess they were left to fix. Fernando went above and beyond to make sure that we were 100% satisfied. I truly believe that if we would have had Alex as the installer for the original fence, we would have had a completely different experience. ***ORIGINAL POST*** First off the one to two week turn around time is a lie. After my quote was returned on 3-22-25 my install was on 5-5-25. The install started at 6:30am when I was told 8-10 am arrival time and went until 9:37 pm. During the install my cable line was cut and duck taped back together. My cable was cut because the sale rep Angel and the project manager Jamie advised that they would contact JUILE/811. Which clearly beaver happed. The installer never checked and began to dig. Since the fence was not complete until 9:37pm. I was unable to sign off that evening. This two day project turned in to a one day project even after I suggested several time they could return tomorrow since I now had to be home for the cable company due to them cutting the cable wire. He insisted no he just needed one day. The next morning we go out to walk the property and we're is total disbelief and shock. *Several large gaps under the fence that dirt, old concrete and random wood were put in front of the gaps and used to block. *My back property line was moved in without my permission and they tried to blame the city. *Old fence holes were not filled or removed properly so they either left open or pulled my retaining wall from my backyard and put it in the holes. *Left chunks of concrete all over. *Several uneven fence posts. *Section with the gate is crocked. *The gate entrance should have another support beam. *Several spots with rotted wood *Bottom area of the fence are coming away from the bottom due to the nails used being to short. *Top corner of the fence on one section is bowing out and separating from the rest. *There are several screws sticking out of the fence due to them using screws that were too long. I immediately called my project manager and made her aware and then sent over photos. This is when they began not answering and delayed responses. I called everyday asking for a hire up to contact me. Finally on Friday Pablo the escalation manager emailed me saying he heard I had concerns about my property line. I said yes and 30 other things. He stated he would discuss with his team and get back to me. I have heard nothing. I am so disappointed in the installer negligence and the horrendous Customer Service and follow-through. read more

Julio Sanchez... YES, YES, and YES! Absolutely the best customer service and quote I've ever received. After researching and seeing all 5 stars and an A+ BBB rating for Ergeon Fencing Company that so happens to service my area, I decided to call and get a quote. Ladies and Gentlemen, let me introduce you to Julio Sanchez who responded. He was very attentive, knowledgeable, thorough, very detail oriented, patient with me and answered every question to my satisfaction, and he was very kind. I really liked the modern technology used, 3D imaging, and how he was able to virtually walk me through every expect of my yard and the upcoming project. He even explained to me the permit that was needed for this large job and got on it right away so there won't be any delay with getting this done. Actually because of my concerns for privacy and safety, and because we were able to provide the layout, property zoning, plan of service, Julio said he will do what he can to expedite the start and completion of this project. I am confident that the installation and quality of my new fence and gates are going to be just as excellent as my experience with Julio. I recommend asking for Julio Sanchez to be your project representative when going with Ergeon Fencing Company. Side Note: I have never given a review before however, I was so impressed with such excellent communication and treatment that I had to give kudos to Julio. Ro (2) read more

We are so happy with our new fence installed by Ergeon ! From the first call with Ernesto to the PM Fernando up til the final walk through, everything was handled professionally. His crew Johnny and Delvin were also very meticulous and very respectful of our property as well as our neighbor's. We got exactly what we wanted, and couldn't be happier! My technician, Julio Sanchez, was extremely helpful when we started the process. The interactive meeting blew my mind as I was able to see the project in real-time. He was so attentive and proactive when starting my fence project. He already reached out to my HOA and received approval before finalizing the project. This is when I became more confident in this company's abilities. Furthermore, Julio adjusted and matched a competitor with the estimate. I can't wait to see the final product! read more

Second review today! Just make sure everyone knows how awesome the process has been thus far. My customer service Rep. Khadija has hands down been one of these BEST Reps I've ever delt with. She again was very knowledgeable and able to answer each and every question that we had and boy did we have a few! We ran into a couple bumps, but she went through extra mile to make sure we over came them all. Looking forward to an awesome project start to finish! read more

Very smooth process from quote to installation. Deon provided us a proposal efficiently, online. Project Manager Lily was easy to reach, and helped to update the proposal based on installer's walkthru. Jose led the installation crew who worked quickly to remove the 23 year old wooden fence. And then did a very professional job to install a replacement vinyl fence. Jose was great to answer my concerns and address any concerns I had. Recommended! read more

This company was fantastic! They walked me through the project on the phone, quoted me a price ( which was very reasonable). Whenever I had a question the project manager would reply promptly, unheard of right? The project needed to be delayed due to the city being slow with permit approval but I was always informed as to what was going on. I'm a very satisfied customer, I highly recommend this company. read more
