Wound up stumbling into Fox Home Center while checking out different places. Honestly, Fox Home Center is probably not the best place to go if you are looking for the cheapest option. But, if you want quality items and, at least from what I experienced, a near "one stop shop" with good customer service, I would recommend Fox Home Center. Mark was great to work with. He answered all my questions and was honest with me. The vanity I originally wanted, he explained, would not arrive in time for our project. So, he helped me find a great alternative. We wound up buying a "display" mirror for a significant discount and we love it. Mark made sure the display was not damaged (a real challenge as this was a big mirror) with shipping. Something that made me trust Mark- to make sure I wasn't getting ripped off, on my own, I went to manufacturer (Moen) website. Turns out Mark was offering me the Moen "sale price", the lowest price that Moen would give if you worked with them directly. That made me feel pretty good, as I had not even asked Mark to give me a discount. When I asked to ship all this stuff to my house, there was no problem or fee. He kept it all together for me at the store as each time arrived, making it easy to keep it together. All items arrived and installed as described. To really top off the good customer service - the Toliet we ordered wouldn't fit (not Mark fault, because Contractors didn't measure until end of project). But, Mark took the Toliet back without hesitation and gave me a full refund. I plan on purchasing from them again in the future, and I am happy to support a local business.

The process started with Ramiro, the owner and leader, visiting us to ask about/listen to what we wanted in a fence. Ramiro spent a fair amount of time with us to ensure full understanding of what the project would entail. Within a few days, Ramiro provided a fair estimate. Based on the reviews we read about his team's work and on our initial experience with Ramiro, we hired Skyline Metal Fabrication. Within a reasonable time frame (about 8 weeks in our case), Ramiro and the Skyline Metal Fabrication team was on site to start work. We found the entire crew to be friendly, considerate, conscientious, expedient, professional and hard-working. The team always accommodated our need to let our dog in the back yard to do her business without a hitch. They arrived on time and stayed until they completed what they needed to accomplish each day. They were also careful to clean up at the end of each day. Within five working days, our steel/wood privacy fence was complete. They had the foresight to recognize seasonal supply shortages, especially during COVID-19 season - and stocked their inventory to be ready for bookings in the spring. Suburban Fence booked our job 2 weeks after they gave us a quote. Other contractors were not able to schedule for months. The project itself was very well run. We had one foreman begin our job, and handed over to second one to finish it, but the transition was seamless. Midway into the project, our foreman explained that the unevenness with the ground would result in gaps underneath the fence if we kept the design level. He was able to recommend a subtle slope along with the ground, to reduce the gap underneath while keeping the overall look of the fence even. The teams worked with precision and expertly constructed our fence. They were very considerate during the construction; at the end of each day, the work site was tidy and neat. They even worked through the holiday weekend to get it right. The cedar materials are top notch. We went with Postmaster steel posts, resulting in an ultra-strong fence as well as a seamless look that both me and my neighbor enjoy on both sides.
