I personally believe that the integrity of the work you receive from this business depends on the amount of money your spending with them. The quality of the work represented in the pictures that's posted on the business social media pages does not represent what I received. He Was responsive with coming out to provide the fencing quote. But Did not pull the permit to perform the job as he stated he would do. I called my village, that's how I found out it was not done. When this was brought to his attention. His reason was, was that his assistant got my property mixed up with another property. The permit was eventually requested 23 days AFTER the work was completed. Upon inspection, I was informed that The horizontal section of the fence was put up incorrectly and it didn't pass inspection due to this. They had the Smooth side of the fence facing my house instead of the neighbor behind me. Which in my opinion was done to hide the bad looking wood pickets they had use. Hence why the worker brought more pickets to put up when they to come reverse the fence. The aesthetically bad looking post was also revealed once they reversed the pickets. (picture below) - I informed the owner of this 5/20/2023 to see if he would offer to do something about it - he never responded. He also was not happy about having to have his worker come Back out to Correct the section of the fence installed incorrectly. Also they didn't not connect one end of the fence like the other side. and as far as the cleanup, it was okay. I asked him if he sub contracted (to save on cost for him) out the work of installing my fence, he said he didn't but I'm not convinced. Because as stated, the quality of the work and lack of integrity in which it was done, to me does not represent what he promotes on the internet. read more

The care that was put into my new cedar fence was remarkable. My property had some elevation issues and they made sure they got my input before just forcing a decision on me.
