If there is a problem or a delay, they stay in contact the customer and provide an alternative date. Sergio worked with me on both installations very well. The second time we worked with this company, we had them install a 6 foot fence and gate. Unfortunately over the winter, the lock wasn't matching up any longer, and it was difficult to get in and out of the gate because of that.
