My wedding planner, Chi Uyenvy from Azora Events, envisioned the perfect moody vibe for our wedding, and Prestige Events absolutely exceeded our expectations! They also built a custom 360 bar for my sister's wedding so I was excited have them as a vendor for my wedding! I was able to view the decor in person beforehand, and Thea's experience and creative input made such a difference throughout the planning process. Prestige Events is always adding to their inventory too! The day I looked at the decor, they had just gotten some red lanterns in that we had to include in our wedding! I had a fairly large wedding with nearly 400 guests, and Thea worked closely with me to completely redesign the layout for the decor and tables to fit the venue beautifully. I also had a last-minute request for additional florals, and Chi Lien made it happen seamlessly. The florals turned out stunning, honestly even more beautiful than the inspiration photos we provided! She also gave me a spray bottle to ensure the florals were fresh and hydrated for the wedding day! Our reception was held at Kim Son, and Prestige Events completely transformed the ballroom. From the hallway to the ballroom, every detail was jaw-dropping. We received countless compliments on the decor, but I truly think the photos speak for themselves. We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Lynn, Thea, and the entire Prestige team. Miss Lien did an amazing job for my wedding. She worked with me on my budget and helped me make decisions on my decor that I would have never thought of myself ( like turning the flower vases upside down as a back drop for our head table ). We just had our wedding this past weekend on 12.07.2019 we hired prestige event as our wedding decor/florist. Prior before meeting with prestige, we met with a few other vendors florist. Out all the wedding vendors we met with. Prestige was the best one out of all of them. Lynn was so easy and fun to work with. The first time we met with Lynn was probably 9 months before our wedding date, and we met with her the finale time 1 month before our wedding. She definitely put your envisions and your ideas together. She listens to you and hear what you want as your dream wedding. A reasonably-priced floral and decor company with a no-nonsense staff who are committed to making your event a beautiful success. Being very budget-conscious for my wedding, I conducted extensive research about the many floral/decor companies available in the Houston area, with me meeting with10+ vendors in a month's time! I ended up choosing Prestige Events as my floral and linen supplier because they offered the best prices for what I wanted for my wedding and they were easy to work with. More importantly though, I really connected with Lien (the owner) in understanding exactly what I wanted and and she definitely gave off a no-nonsense, "no-frilly-talk" persona that I love. She was committed to making my dream wedding come true at the budget I set. Lien has done plenty of events around the Houston area, and she has plenty of ideas to share with you. Picking flowers and linens can be an overwhelming process for brides who aren't the girliest or pickiest, but Lien definitely made the selection process as harmless as possible. And being Vietnamese, Lien has experience with Asian wedding ceremonies and receptions. On the day of the wedding, their setup and breakdown crews were efficient and flawless, and the quality of the flowers were fantastic. All of our guests were raving about the decor of our simple Chinese tea ceremony and slightly modern evening reception. Lien was even happy to use my venue's glass vases to help knock off a few bucks on the rental bill! Although I only asked for their floral and linen services, they also do uplighting and more involved decoration rentals and setups, if needed. I totally procrastinated in reviewing my vendors; it has been almost a year since my wedding. I loved Prestige Events! I was worried about my budget for flowers, but my friend who had kind of worked with Lien a long time ago and highly recommended her. She does beautiful work to help create what you want, give great suggestions/advice, and is very accommodating with your budget needs. I didn't want anything too complicated, but I wasn't sure how the whole thing was going to look. I completely agree with the reviewer below: it was great working with Lien because she is straightforward and practical. I am not really girly and don't know much about flowers, so that made me feel a lot more comfortable. It was super busy the day of my wedding, but Lien and her crew got there as soon as the venue allowed vendors in. They worked so fast! She did flower bouquets for myself and 4 bridesmaids, 1 groom boutonniere, 4 groomsmen boutonnieres, corsages/boutonnieres for both sets of parents, aisle lanterns, 10 big flower arrangements for reception tables, flowers for the cake, and 2 small altar arrangements. All under $3000. I was still scared by the price, but I was just scared by weddings costs in general. Ugh. I had my wedding on 12/09/17, My wedding was so pretty and filled with fresh flowers. I only met her 2 times through out my wedding preparations. The first time was 9 mons before my wedding with my fiancé, she was very friendly, honest and funny. She explained all of the options we can have with our budget (very budget friendly). The 2nd time was 3 days before the wedding to finalized the quote and decoration idea. She never rushed us for anything. I would say, she was one of the vendor that I loved to work with the most, cause being a bride was very stressful with all of the ideas, details, decision making and I'm not a good decorator. She recommended us with tons of ideas and surprised us with her creativity nicely. On the wedding day, I was surprised how beautiful my wedding could be. The flower wall filled with fresh flowers (we agreed to do some real flowers with faux-hydrangeas, some how she ended up doing the whole wall with even real hydrangeas, not asking for additional price). Everyone was complimented on how nice and beautiful my wedding was (from little details such as linens, flowers, dance floor, lighting...), she made my dream came true. I would say my experience with chi Lynn was the absolutely the best. She is very professional, knowing what she is doing and the price rate is the best deal ever. I would always 100% recommend her to my friends and family members who preparing for the wedding. We are truly appreciated all of her helps. A friend recommended Lynn with Prestige Events so I scheduled a consultation with her. She wrote down the incorrect appointment time so she was not there when we arrived for the consultation. Lynn was nice but I did notice she kept trying to push the idea of me picking up our flowers on the wedding day instead of them delivering it to the venue. Said "it would save you some money". I politely declined & said I don't mind paying the delivery fee. She then suggested I could pick it up a few days prior to the wedding. No. I don't have the time or the fridge space for the flowers. Delivery is the only option. Two very positive points I wanted to share: 1) the bouquets were beautiful & full! Lynn wasn't skimpy with the flowers at all! 2) the price was very reasonable (if not cheaper than most places). Now the two negative comments I have on my mind. I tried to email & call a week prior to the wedding to confirm delivery time & address but I couldn't get a response! I drove across town to see why I couldn't get a hold of anyone & to pay my remaining balance. I confessed I was freaking out & thought they went out of business when I didn't hear back from anyone. Lynn says this is why she doesn't take payment in full up front. Not sure if she was joking or not but I found that comment to be anything but comforting. Last note... the delivery was late! The flowers didn't arrive at the agreed upon time, per our contract. I would recommend Prestige Events for your floral needs but I suggest moving the delivery time up so you have some cushion in case they deliver late. read more

Deeply disappointed with their service. I will never use them again or recommend anyone use them. On Tuesday, I spoke with Lynn at length regarding our order for the funeral service for my BOSS' Dad. Her Dad was a WWII veteran and had served in four theatre's of war. And, our team LOVES our Boss. We spent a good deal of time on the phone confirming the flowers were in stock and exchanging e-mails. On Thursday morning, I only learned they had FAILED TO DELIVER THE SYMPATHY ARRANGEMENT to the Funeral Home when I sent an e-mail asking for a picture of the Patriotic Salute Floral Spray. I received an e-mail reply stating "for some reason, she got the days mixed up and was thinking it was going out tomorrow morning instead of today, 4.1." The deep disappointment our boss must have felt when she looked around and did not see anything sent by her own team is overwhelming. The spray is now going to have to be delivered to the home, after the service. Beyond embarrassing. read more

Lien and her staff were easy to work with and very caring. Going into her shop and letting my first florist and decorator go was the best move I made. If you want a reliable event rental business that follows up with you in a timely matter and not make excuses DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS because my experience with the owner Lien has been a terrible one where you will have to wait for her to follow up with you on anything after a day or at least half a day and she would say she is in meetings all day. Why don't you hire a secretary or partner if you are that busy. We were trying to simply pay her to secure our half deposit to rent her wedding materials and we couldn't get a hold of her and she said she would call in an hour back, but expect several hours to half a day to call back. If you need a company that communicates well with her customers, LIEN IS NOT GOOD. Plus, she said she has a minimum $4k to deliver/set up which we didn't meet because our wedding was smaller and I had to pick up everything which is unfortunate that she couldn't offer that for smaller weddings. She only gets one star because it looks like she has nice centerpieces, but after reading the review below that she does this lack of communication and late on everything shows her lack of organization and lack of customer service. We looked for another rental place because of this and we canceled our order and I told her via text that this was poor customer service and lack of follow up and she tells me she doesn't need my excuses. What kind of business argues with her customers??!! Needless to say I'll never use her or recommend her to anyone!! I booked a florist a year before my wedding but we didn't have the same idea for our overall vision for the wedding and I was nervous about the big day. My cousin got married in March and Prestige was her florist. Prestige did such a wonderful job at my cousin's wedding that three months before my wedding I switched florist! (Which means I had to believe in Lien a lot to lose my deposit on my previous florist!) Lien was so helpful, professional and sweet. She responded quickly to emails and was willing to stay pass her business hours to meet with me. She even went to my venue on her own to check out the place before I booked her! She is very dedicated to her clients and works very hard. She made my bridal picture bouquet just three hours before my shoot. She had a lot of options in linens, vases, pretty much everything and was very creative in her vision. She was very open to my floral designs and ideas but at the same time gave me her professional opinion as well (I really don't know much about flowers). She was so honest and told me things that she thought I would need as well as things I didn't need (she didn't want to just earn money out of me). I gave her a picture of what I had in mind for my centerpiece and she made it work within my budget. At times, I could be described as a bridezilla but Lien stayed so patient and calm. She told me to trust in her and I am glad I did! I can't even begin to describe how beautiful my wedding turned out! We had an arch over the bride and groom for the ceremony with yellow rose petals down the aisle. She made three different centerpieces for my reception: a big compact bouquet of yellow flowers in tall vases with yellow lights inside and crystals hanging down, a three layered centerpiece with candles and a smaller version of the big centerpiece. I also had a gorgeous, huge centerpiece that was at the entrance of my venue. We used Prestige's linens and napkins for the tables and spandex chair covers (which I love!) with a matching bow around the chairs. Everything was VERY affordable!
