Recently, I was very disappointed with a delivery that was for a local hospital. My friend had been discharged by the time the arrangement made it there a day late. The follow-up email requested a different address, which I provided expecting good service. A week later, I learned that nothing had been delivered although my card had been charged. When I alerted the shop to the error, it sent an arrangement I could have had from a grocery store for half the price. Worse, the size of the bouquet was not as pictured in the webpage example.
