I also want to give an honest review for future couples. While I would absolutely recommend Pelazzio as a venue overall, I personally would not recommend using the DJ or limo services offered through them. Unfortunately, our experience with both was disappointing and did not meet the same level of quality we experienced with the rest of the wedding services. That being said, I still look back on our wedding as beautiful and special, and I'm grateful for all of the wonderful moments we had there. Pelazzio helped create a day we'll always remember.

The warmer was evidently broken they used sternos in a warmer something ive never seen before. We had to warm food in the microwave in the dark. People were complaining that the silverware wasnt clean on the tables. They had us with only half lights in the kitchen and mysteriously when we completed the food all lights came on in the kitchen. The dish washing area was horrible and they were more concerned about getti g food than the washing of the dishes.

Some things were a bit dated (gold trim around the chandeliers, parquet dance floor), but the windows allowed for aesthetically pleasing elements. The dance floor, by the way is large and in charge, so it's definitely conducive to partying. Staff was efficient. Overall, if you're not looking for anything especially scenic or unique, this seems like a fine place to host a party.

My fiancé and I got engaged in Jan 2019 and after venue shopping and planning, we were referred to Yvette in May 2019. At the time, we decided to not do a pop up since we ended up deciding to do a wedding on a cruise in 2020. Well obviously that fell apart thanks to the pandemic! Yvette was there to save the day! We were hoping things would get better in 2020 but COVID cases kept rising so we said screw it, let's do the pop up wedding! And we are SO happy that we did! We didn't want to do a huge party and spend thousands on a wedding but we got the upscale wedding look for so much less. Yvette and her team were offering these COVID packages (see their Instagram to see if still on going) and we had an officiant, seating for 25, cake, photographer venue and decorations all for under $2000. My family was worried that since we were spending significantly less than the average wedding cost that it wouldn't be as nice. In fact, we were criticized prior to the wedding, but then the day of the wedding arrived and they were in awe. It was so romantic and beautiful. Yvette and her team added flowers, candles and just made the night so magical. The cake was delicious and over all the experience was dreamy and magical. Pop Up Weddings Houston also go beyond the pop up wedding bookings. Yvette does weddings of all sizes! They actually do wedding give aways on their instagram so check it out if you're recently engaged! They also work with vendors/partners who provide live streaming services, photo booths and more! Anyways, major thanks to Pop Up Wedding Houston! I am totally referring my engaged friends to them!
