A month before the event date, we had a meeting with him and we had to make some changes, that he increased the price and we paid him the remaining balance as well as the increased amount hoping he would do the best and we trusted his polished words. What happened: STAGE-Votive candle walls, chandeliers in front of candle walls, fresh greenery intertwined in candle wall, hanging wisteria with LED candles Includes: Uplighting, stage covering (not entire stage), seating, candle skirting Colors: white and blush. Dance floor with monogram. Aisle Decor. Huge difference when he put up things! The monogram looked very horrible. After talking to him, he told us that the work is not yet completed and they will do the remaining work the next day morning of the event date. No additions were added to the next day. All center pieces looked dull and rusted without any fresh greenery intertwined. Instead of LED Lights , he used votive candles for the candle wall on the stage. Before the function had started, the candles started to burn the fresh greenery intertwined. Just because of some of our guests' timely involvement, a big accident was avoided. The whole stage would have caught fire and it would have been a big tragedy. Our guests who tried to put out the fire were badly injured and burnt themselves in saving the lives of other people. They underwent treatment and could not go for work for weeks. TABLE CENTERPIECES-Not exactly how we wanted it. PERSONAL DECORATIONS had to be added at the entrance of the hall as well as gift table inside, even though( Sign in table 1- $0.00 $0.00, Cake Table 1 $0.00 $0.00, Gift table and gift box 1 $0.00 $0.00, Easel 1 $0.00 $0.00 ) were all there in the contract. After the wedding day, we called to ask for some sort of compensation, and still haven´t heard anything back from him. He didn´t even acknowledge that maybe he had made some mistakes. For him, he did everything perfect.....???? We wouldn´t be surprised if he would answer this review saying that he put all the effort and did EXACTLY what we asked for. Personally, not worth it at all. The impression we got is that it was all about the money and not about how to truly make it right on the day of or how to compensate if there are mistakes. Very frustrating considering how expensive it is for what you might get. We would strongly recommend you to keep looking for another decorator!

I will never have enough words to thank her for all of the last minute seating and decoration changes due to both the ongoing global pandemic and the unprecedented local weather. Tasneem Aunty spent a lot of time personally showing us her decor samples and listening to my vision for the big day. I genuinely appreciate her flexibility in holding video and phone client conversations with me and our families in order to be more cognizant of health recommendations during COIVD. She was polite, courteous, professional, and friendly throughout. She patiently worked through inspiration pictures with me, including detailed descriptions of my bridal bouquet (I love flowers!). The end result was stunning beyond my DREAMS! Everything from the staging (with its gorgeous flowing fabric and hanging flowers), to the golden, geometric centerpieces, the chiavari chairs, the sweetheart table, and the bouquet were BEAUTIFUL!!! I could not have found a better bouquet on Pinterest if I tried! I was filled with happiness. In the nights before our wedding, as the weather situation rapidly degraded and I panicked about the safety and comfort of our families in a clear top tent in the backyard, Tasneem Aunty called and arranged for TWO outdoor blow heaters FREE of charge. I had called vendor after vendor and store after store with no luck since these heaters, and all heaters, were sold out. However, she didn't back down at the challenge, and she managed a miracle. She also personally came to our home on the morning of the wedding, in 32-degree-weather, and ensured that everything from the wedding garlands, to the dessert table were arranged just right. I was absolutely overwhelmed with gratitude for her presence. Her business is run with sincerity and NuTrend Events is absolutely sparkling with creative energy and vision. NuTrend Events was AMAZING to work with and I cannot recommend them enough for both their skill, as well as their exceptional generosity of heart and spirit. Rim Jhim is the WORST....WORST...WORST business I have ever encountered…read more They were contracted early on in my clients wedding planning process. The owner, Rafat, said he provides cocktail appetizers, cake services, decoration services and wait staff. But he, his staff and his venue failed miserably. 1. Once he received full payment for the event, he did not respond to text messages, phone calls, emails...I along with the bride had to drive to his restaurant and wait for him in order to have a meeting with him. When we did arrive at his restaurant, he would keep us waiting for 30 minutes to 45 minutes before appearing. 2. On the wedding day, they were supposed to start set up at 11, by 1pm, they had not started and we had no access to the venue, after I called Rafat about 25 times, we finally had to drive to his other business location where we found his staff to open the venue. 3. Set up was a shit-show: when we arrived to check on their progress 2 hours before the cocktail hour began, the reception hall was not setup, there were no glasses on the table, the linens were filthy, the restrooms were dirty and had no tissue. I couldn't find any staff to help correct the issues we were having. 4. The bridal suit smelled of mildew, I had to run to the store to purchase air fresheners to spray down the suit and the hall. 5. Food for cocktail hour arrived 30 minutes after cocktail hour began, servers never arrived to help with set-up, to help with passing of drinks, or to help serve the food. We had serve the food on our own. 6. Cake: He promised to deliver a cake, and also provide sheet cake to be served, when we requested for cake tasting his response to the bride was, "why do you need to taste the cake. We were able to convince him to schedule a date for cake tasting, when the bride and her family arrived for the tasting he was a no show. On the wedding day, Rafat and his staff forgot to provide the cake, it wasn't until 8pm, after a lot of back and forth that the cake appeared. It tasted like tart covered with whip cream. I could go on, but there would be no need. I would urge no one to use this venue, there is no customer service, they do not deliver on their promises, they breached the contract on every single level and Rafat is the worst business owner and I would not recommend him, his staff or his services.

My sister got married here 4 years ago or so but I didn't get a chance to see every little detail when she got married. Now that it was my turn, I was sooooo excited I picked Signature Manor. With full transparency, we visited at least 2 other locations before making our decision and were looking at at least 1 more go consider. Our must haves: 1. Stand alone facility (no crammed in a shopping center) 2. Clean facility 3. Plenty of Parking 4. A place that won't nickel and dime you 5. Great staff to work with ***First Impression: This place was even better than I remembered. They had done a ton of renovations and the place looked good, plenty of Parking and the staff was also so nice and courteous. Can I let you guys in on a secret? We would go to Signature Manor every month (because we chose to make payments) before we knew we could pay online... we didnt read the fine print... Anywho, we just enjoyed going there... Talking to the staff, asking questions... After a while, they were like family!! ***Venue: The venue is a nice stand alone. It is large on the outside and on the inside which is a great use of space. There are restrooms upstairs and downstairs. There is also an additional room upstairs for children or whatever you like. Essentially, the entire venue is yours. We have seen some nightmarish weddings where the guests are in the wrong wedding because they are connected/ joined. Not here!!! The separate Bride and Groom Suites are nice because they are right by the elevator and they have locks on them. Very safe! The ballroom is huge and the foyer area is big enough to host a ceremony or cocktail reception. ***Parking: There was plenty of parking, which wraps around the building. ***Food: The kitchen is super flexible and can accommodate anything. We had an amazing food tasting, where we were able to accommodate even our Vegan guests! The cake was also amazing. Yay Cakes by Gina! ***Staff: So, I must say, I am very detail oriented and thought that they may be a problem, but it was not! We worked with Katherine who helped our vision come to life. We were then assigned Alex as our Coordinator and we worked very well together. She allowed me to be free with my super crazy ideas and executived them perfectly. She gave us her insights on what has not worked well and what has in the past, which was very helpful. I would be remiss if I left our everyone who made our Wedding possible from Alice, who heard all of my stressed out sob stories, Asia who kept the party going with Alex, Ryan who gave us a male's perspective and always knew how to keep the jokes coming to lighten the mood... we even saw Bonnie a few times! Now that is what we call family. And we never saw any attitudes or craziness from the staff no matter how many questions we asked. They were always there to answer and went above and beyond. A++ for Customer Service. And it's not only them, but their vendors too including our Photographer Tomas. He spend so much time with us, getting to know. So personable and friendly. A rare and valued trait for a photographer!!! ***Cleanliness: This place is super clean. The staff is very attentive and didn't allow dirty dishes to remain on the guest tables. The restrooms are even very clean. A+ for sure.
