Besides saying yes to my fiancé's proposal, hiring Pop Up Wedding Houston was the best decision made for our wedding. I believe in PUWH's philosophy of putting the couple's relationship first, financially savvy wedding events, and over-the-top creativity. This is so unique in the massive sea of the wedding industry. Communication with Yvette and her team was consistent for all things big and small from day 1 of planning through the wedding day. I felt like I had a wedding expert on our side to slay any problems and a personal guide making our wedding vision happen. PUWH is a wealth of information and a one-stop-shop! No wasting time shopping vendors and being a stressed-out bride. We are so grateful for all the personal and unique elements included in our wedding. Yvette and her team are like yes, yes, yes. The result was awesome for us and our in-person and virtual guests. Our Spring micro-wedding was incredibly personalized, fun, stress-free, and memorable, because of PUWH. I cannot thank and praise Yvette enough! I don't remember how we came across Pop Up Wedding Houston, but we are SO GLAD we did. I was skeptical about being able to have an affordable wedding and high expectations, but Yvette delivered! All discussions about and photos I sent her of our vision - she exceeded our expectations. Our family and friends were so curious to see how our pop up wedding would turn out, never having heard of one, and we only received compliments. My favorite comment was that we had focused on the most important parts of a wedding, and that's how all weddings should be! Aside from our ceremony venue coordinator sometimes, we never had to deal with vendors, which saved so much stress, and Yvette's vendors were amazing!! My bouquet and his boutonnière looked exactly like the Pinterest photos I had sent her. We never did a cake tasting before choosing our flavor (cookies and cream), and our cake was the MOST DELICIOUS wedding cake I've ever tried!! Our guests kept asking for more!! Our photographer was sweet and professional and took SO MANY photos. I can't wait to see them!! We did choose add ons: more photographer time for a first look, champagne for all, two appetizers, hair and makeup - everything was great; I cannot stress that enough. If anything went wrong, I had no idea because Yvette took care of it. Her take charge personality was just what we, our wedding party, and family needed. If you want to save money and still have a beautiful and memorable wedding, you can't go wrong with Yvette and Pop Up Wedding Houston!!

I hired Yvette as my day of coordinator for my wedding a couple of weeks ago and was SO GLAD I did. Yvette has so much experience in the wedding industry and she truly goes above and beyond to make sure that her clients are happy and taken care of. Her experience is invaluable, and she shares it freely. I had issues with one of my vendors, and when I asked Yvette for advice she quickly jumped in and even MET WITH THE VENDOR WITH ME. Honestly it feels almost wrong to call her a "day of" coordinator because she did so much more than that! Having a wedding during a pandemic is so stressful and crazy that I might have lost my mind if Yvette hadn't talked to me off the ledge every time I would panic about having a wedding during covid or feeling like my day would be ruined. I could always count on her to respond to my calls/texts quickly and help me resolve whatever issue I came across. She is a pleasure to work with and I really can't say enough good things about her. The day of my event, she showed up early and dealt with all my vendors to make sure my day was perfect and ran smoothly. I was actually able to enjoy my wedding day thanks to her! I 120% recommend hiring her for your next event. You will not be disappointed!! :) THANKS YVETTE!!!

Yvette with PUWH is fantastic to work with. She helped keep me on track for all wedding coordination needs despite my hectic schedule with work and school. When it came time for rehearsal night, she was excellent at herding the group of cats that is our friends and family. The day of our wedding, she remained calm and carried herself well under pressure. My wedding was stunning thanks to her attention to detail and organization skills. In addition to all of this, her recommended vendors did an amazing job. If you want someone who is no nonsense that will get things done, Yvette is your girl!

Having Yvette from Pop Up Wedding Houston made the planning process for our ceremony (from Texas to snowy Colorado) so much easier--HIGHLY recommended. With her previous experience working with caterers, florists, etc. she knows the ins and outs of how vendors work. She was able to easily revolve around the unique style I wanted for my wedding, as well as add ideas and handle aspects of the day that I would have never thought of. I was constantly asked for months if I was stressed by the wedding planning, but Yvette had it covered! Thank you so much!

Honestly it was more of an effort to work with Lisa than to just take on the role of planner. I am from California and booked my wedding in Texas, so I was relying on Lisa for a lot of help with recommendations and receiving my packages. When I booked her, I was under the impression she was a full-blown company and had staff working for her. This is one of the reasons I went with her. I FLEW OUT to Texas to meet Lisa for the "playdate" and to do a walkthrough of my venue with her. She was a no call no show. I tried multiple times to call the company number, but she hires a receptionist service who have absolutely no idea what is going on. Lisa told her virtual receptionist to text me TWO HOURS later stating she had a family emergency. I did not expect Lisa to show up, but I did expect to be met with some sort of solution since I would be flying home the next day. This is when I realized Lisa had no staff. I only heard directly from Lisa by the time I was back home, and I attempted to null our contract, but she convinced me otherwise. Big mistake. I did a virtual "playdate" with Lisa and picked out some decor. She said she would send me a box to see in person. After a month or so, still no box so I reached out and did not receive a response until months later. This cycle happened THREE times. Finally, my now-husband and I threatened to take her to civil court in Texas for breeching her contract (which is incredibly vague). She decided to hand us over to a different planner (Who is absolutely fantastic) about a month from our wedding. Lisa sucks at communicating and falsifies information on her website. She made the wedding planning process brutal, and I am a pretty laid-back person, so I wasn't even expecting a lot. Don't hire her, save your money and sanity. Go look at ideal_event_solutions on Instagram. She knows how to get the job done.

Used diamond and pearl services for my wedding in November and they were absolutely amazing…read more We ended up using their full service with their officiant, bar services, DJ, and day of coordinator. They helped me out so much during the planning process of my wedding. Helping me pick out colors, center pieces, and all of the decorations for the wedding. They answered all of my questions that I had. On the day of the wedding they were able to get everything set up inside of the venue, so that way I could just focus on getting ready and not stress about time. We also used there catering service for the BBQ food and it tasted amazing. We had leftovers to take home with us that lasted a good few days. All In all i am so glad i used Diamond and Pearl service . They made my wedding day perfect and made it so smoothly. I would recommend them to any bride that wants less stress on their wedding day.

I'm talking I needed four waiters four days before my wedding... oh and let's add that it's on a holiday! Bree was so courteous the first time that I called her. I had actually spoken to a couple other service providers in the area and unfortunately.. it didn't seem like they wanted my business and I felt brushed off. when I called diamond and Pearl services Bree answered the phone and we chatted for about 20 minutes. I could tell she was in the middle of something as I could hear the wind whipping behind her and people in the background. I had told her that if she needed to she could call me back, however she insisted that now was a good time. That meant the world to me especially after being treated so poorly from other companies. I was able to get a quote from her immediately over the phone and within the next few days have a contract signed and paid for. When I called to give her the payment me and Bree ended up chatting for an hour! She knows her stuff! Even though I wasn't using her as a wedding coordinator I would highly recommend her. During our conversation we talked about all the little last-minute things that brides tend to forget and chatted. She is so friendly and personable! The day went off without a hitch and her staff was incredible. I am very grateful for not only her kind words and help during this time but being able to get four people on a holiday last minute for me. It's extraordinary the lengths she went to to make sure that I would be taken care of. I'm humbled by it. Thank you so much Bree and all the staff at Diamond and Pearl Services for making my special day absolutely perfect.

She was SO organized, literally had a day of timeline down the the SECONDS (which if you are a type A bride like me - is a dream)!! She was also super calm and put together and did a great job of handling all the personalities (me, my mom, my MIL). The day of was so seamless, to the point where everyone was commenting how amazing Samantha was haha! The bridesmaids, my dad, my mom's friends, my in laws - literally everyone came to me at some point the day after the wedding and said they were impressed with how smoothly things all went and how Samantha was the best.
