Due to the stay at home covid order i had no choice but to cancel my baby shower and requested my money back and Yocanda responded in a very rude unprofessional manner refusing to refund my money until she spoke with her "accountant" There was no agreement signed stating the deposit was non refundable and no services were ever provided for my event. I have a few screenshots below to prove how unprofessional rude and ghetto she was towards me (keep in mind this is all i have since she has went back and DELETED the rude negative messages she sent towards me to make herself look "not professional") while i was 8 months pregnant she put so much additional unnecessary stress on me that i did not need on this covid situation that was out of my control. Isabella responded quickly to my text messages & after sending her a few photos I prayed and left it to her to create something amazing for our 1920's event. When I walked into the ballroom and saw the amazing helium bouquets she created for our centerpieces I nearly cried. They were so impressive and beautifully symmetrical. The 12ft archway welcomed our guests and could be seen thousands of feet away. Our guests, servers, and photographer were thrilled to take home the bouquets and have sent me photos of their kids waking up joyful to see the balloons still floating high the next day! They give you a wristband where you then show the people at the back of the skating rink to pick up skates(reql seamless).
