Amazing customer service. They sent a new, flawless bouquet the next day. What a great job they all did! Thanks Ladies , you are all A+ in my book. I will always shop here first.

They looked almost too pretty to eat, but they tasted even better than they looked. The chocolate pecan soft cookies are the real star. I am now insanely obsessed. They're soft, rich, and packed with chocolate and pecans, and I've been dreaming about them since the day I tried them. I can't wait to make my own trip to the bakehouse so I can stock up on those cookies (and maybe try a few other goodies while I'm at it). Highly recommend!

Their milkshakes looked awesome and super decadent, so I went with a peanut butter cup one. My husband got some sort of apple pie Sunday, and we shared. They were pretty good, but my milkshake was a little watery. Could be thicker, but it wasn't bad. We also bought their caramel corn and kettle corn before we left. All together that was pretty expensive, but I didn't realize you get to keep the cups lol. The sweet girls behind the counter washed them out for us so we didn't have to out them in the car sticky. I would think as a dessert shop you should have some back up selections. Everything we purchased had been sitting for a while and was stale. To me, you should have a bit more selection with your store still being open.

I drove out here specifically to redeem a free classic cakeball or signature truffle using their…read morerewards program. I don't come often because parking is always a nightmare, and tonight was no exception. When I showed them the app, the staff seemed confused on how to do a redemption. So they had to call the owner for help. The owner apparently told them not to honor the redemption because they were in the process of switching rewards program platforms, and what used to be a 50‑point reward was going to be a 300‑point reward. The staff said my points would transfer eventually, but I only will have 63 -- not enough under the new system. Hey, I'm no entrepreneur. But I am a customer who eats out all the time. And to me this is a textbook example of an owner who doesn't get customer service. I drove all the way there, dealt with the parking, and came specifically to redeem a reward that still showed as valid in their app. It's not my fault their system hadn't switched over yet. These cakeball and truffle treats are only the size of a donut hole. It's not one of their higher end desserts. The obvious right move would've been to honor the reward and give the customer the treat. But nope. They chose the stingy route instead. And with that one decision, they lost another customer. Congrats and enjoy your cakeballs.
