The turn around time was one week which was perfect and I paid at pick up which gave me enough time to collect the funds from our team parents. The shop is ran by a husband and wife and they are absolutely amazing to work with. They are very patient and helpful. I prefer this company over a big box trophy company hands down. I will be coming back in the upcoming seasons to order more!

In this situation, and PLEASE trust the reviews, the customers are right. I have never came across a manager with such lack of professionalism, lack of tact, lack of self-awareness, and lack of customer service. I received an arrangement that looked nothing like the arrangement that was ordered. The manager, Asha or Aisha, delivered the arrangement. She spoke to me in a frustrated/unprofessional tone as she could not easily find the address. I was away from the house and informed I would not return for about an hour or so but asked her to leave it on the porch and would have my sister pick it up. Yes the white chocolate was a bit out of place because of it being outside but that has nothing to do with the way the arrangement was put together. It looked sloppy and poorly designed. Nothing like the picture. When the manager was contacted (by the sender), she was rude and said she did a great job with the arrangement and said it was my fault if it looked bad because I asked her to leave it on the porch. She made no attempt to rectify the situation. Just kept being rude and passing blame. This was a very expensive arrangement and it is very unfortunate. Calling corporate was absolutely useless as they leave it up to the local store to make it right. This lady is delusional in her abilities in putting a decent arrangement together and her customer service skills are non-existent. In her mind, the customer is a POS who will always be wrong. Please stay away from this place. Believe the reviews!

I Needed a shirt for my daughters school event and came by five below as it is close to where I live. As I was browsing through shirts looking for the right shade of blue, I overhear Five BELOW employee walk to an area I had just walked away from. The employee was a young lady maybe 18 or 19 who was on her cell phone talking to another party on speakerphone and very loudly said she couldn't stand when people move clothes and don't fold them and return them to their proper place. It was very obvious she was making this comment in regards to me as I was the only person in the area who was looking at the clothes she was refolding and she was holding the only shirt I touched in her hands as she made the comment to the person she was talking to on the phone. Now I was highly confused as I had only touched one shirt and I semi folded it and put it back. While it wasn't the best folding I can't admit, but I definitely did not just throw the shirt carelessly and I only looked at one shirt. However, once her comments on the call continued, I was very surprised and displeased by the behavior of an employee. It was obvious she was having a bad day and took out her frustration by complaining about customers while on a personal phone call and the situation escalated when I chose to comment on her attitude and rude comments to my partner. She confronted me asking if I wanted to "do something about it", indicating she wanted to have a physical altercation. I hope management does something about this, and fast because this is unacceptable, completely unprofessional and honestly disappointing to have happen in a nicer part of town.

We have to admit, we don't tend to buy too much from this company because the quality is pretty bad. We usually need to return whatever we get regardless of which location we go to. Some items seem fairly priced at $5 but some seem overly priced for $5. There are items that are under $5 as well which will usually be marked with a yellow sticker.
