If no stars were allowed, that's exactly what would be given. I don't always subscribe to the saying "the customer is always right" as I know this can be subjective and some customers abuse this to their advantage. In this situation, and PLEASE trust the reviews, the customers are right. I have never came across a manager with such lack of professionalism, lack of tact, lack of self-awareness, and lack of customer service. I received an arrangement that looked nothing like the arrangement that was ordered. The manager, Asha or Aisha, delivered the arrangement. She spoke to me in a frustrated/unprofessional tone as she could not easily find the address. I was away from the house and informed I would not return for about an hour or so but asked her to leave it on the porch and would have my sister pick it up. Yes the white chocolate was a bit out of place because of it being outside but that has nothing to do with the way the arrangement was put together. It looked sloppy and poorly designed. Nothing like the picture. When the manager was contacted (by the sender), she was rude and said she did a great job with the arrangement and said it was my fault if it looked bad because I asked her to leave it on the porch. She made no attempt to rectify the situation. Just kept being rude and passing blame. This was a very expensive arrangement and it is very unfortunate. Calling corporate was absolutely useless as they leave it up to the local store to make it right. This lady is delusional in her abilities in putting a decent arrangement together and her customer service skills are non-existent. In her mind, the customer is a POS who will always be wrong. Update to my previous review which was too kind. Valentine's Day was Tuesday - today is Friday and my wife has yet to get what I ordered for her a week before the holiday. I have called, emailed and walked in to the store in Conroe (after knocking loudly on the door to get someone's attention well after their posted opening hours). Been there in person more than once in the past couple of days - keep getting told "the boss is not here and sometimes he never comes in." Absolutely horrible experience! I'm not sure how these people are still in business. So, my first negative was when I called to see when my order might be delivered, I was told they had no idea..."whenever the delivery driver got there." This was around 2pm. I then see an update that my order was out for delivery around 2:45, only to get a call around 3pm telling me it was not out for delivery, and they were out of the #5 balloons, but had the #0. Well, since my husband turned 50 today, that was a problem. Soooo disappointed, but told them to just send any birthday balloons. I then get an email saying my ordered had been delivered with the picture of a receipt for someone else's order. I emailed and asked if my order was delivered to the wrong person. No answer reply of course. When the delivery finally arrived at my husband's work, he told me the mini cheesecakes I sent were warm and melted. The website says the deliveries are made in a special truck to keep things cold. Clearly not the case. I haven't been this disappointed in any delivery service I have ever used. Ordered an arrangement for a coworker's birthday and it never showed up on the time I was given. In fact - it never showed up!!!! I called back and I was given another time. My coworker left work without her surprise! I called a 3rd time and was told they are very busy due to Mother's Day weekend. I have used Edible Arrangements in other locations and received excellent service, however this location completely bashed up my order, yelled at me, and denied me access to speak with a supervisor. This resulted in me having to google for Cooperate Office information to report the issue and receive a solution. I can not/ will not advise anyone to do business with a place that feels it is ok to ignore the customer's complaint topped off by yelling at the customer. All customer service actions should be handled in a professional way. I suggest the workers at this location be given a customer service training because apparently they do not know how to deliver customer service professionally. As for the cooperate office the receptionist was very professional and resolved the issue within 30min. For the record I will continue to use Edible Arrangements but ((not)) at this location. My Boyfriend ordered a $100+ edible arrangement for me for Valentines Day, it only took them charging him 2 times, a 2 hour customer service phone number to get his money back and then had to contact the Conroe store directly to place his order. Valentine's Day rolls around...and I received NOTHING. My boyfriend explained all the trouble that it was to order it so I said "no worries I'll call and get it straightened out"...the Conroe stores phone was going directly to a voicemail box. Customer service couldn't find the order number and he had received no confirmation email (because they spelt my boyfriend's last name "Peterson" as Petterson, he specifically remembers spelling his name to the woman who took the order twice! *His email address contains his last name*) they gave me a case # and said they'd call within 48 hours. I received no call, and 168 hours later...I'm not expecting to receive one. The following day, I went to the Conroe store, the gentleman behind me said "This is the 2nd time I ordered from yall and it did not get delivered, I will not order from you ever again" The clerk responded with "I wouldn't order from us either, I just work here because I need a job." The clerk refunded the money back to my boyfriend's card but I was still not very happy with how this transpired, so I decided once again to call customer service and follow up with them regarding my experience with one of their franchises, and the fact that they NEVER called back... The Customer Service Rep told me that since the stores are franchises, that as a consumer it is my responsibility to read the BBB, Yelp and Facebook reviews before I place an order, and now that I have had this terrible experience I should just leave bad reviews to protect other consumers. Yet again this did not sit well with me, and Friday I felt it only right to call the Conroe store manager, in order to let her know what happened and that Edible Arrangements at the corporate level told me to report her to BBB, as a small business owner I thought this was something she should be made aware of. She was incredibly grateful that I didn't leave the Conroe store bad reviews, and that I called and spoke with her about it...she said "because of all of this on Monday I am going to send you a more beautiful bouquet than your boyfriend ordered, I'm so sorry" I felt as if finally someone cared enough about what all had happened that they wanted to make it right. Monday rolled around and I did not receive a bouquet at all...I received a box of chocolate mixed fruit (3 chocolate dipped apple slices, 4 chocolate dipped pineapple slices and 6 chocolate dipped strawberries) the strawberries were not ripe, they were white and not edible. , and I specifically told her I did not like chocolate dipped apples, and the pineapple slices still had some pieces of the rind on them ... and when the delivery driver asked why I was so underwhelmed I explained that it was nowhere near what my boyfriend had ordered, and it was supposed to be even better but it was fine, and just not to worry about it. The delivery driver followed up via phone with me apologizing about the mistake and said his manager actually forgot about me Monday and sent the box to hold me over until Tuesday, Nothing came for me on Tuesday either. My daughter used this conroe location to deliver a mother's day gift arrangement for me that never got delivered. She even paid extra to ensure it would be delivered. Before Mother's Day was over I called and spoke to Isabel the manager and she took my number and said she would call me to confirm that the arrangement would be delivered. I never heard from her and I never got my arrangement. I called the next day and left several messages for Isabel and she wouldn't return my call . I told the person answering phone that I wasn't interested in the arrangement and that my daughter needed to be refunded due to poor customer service. When I got home the ridiculous arrangement with laughing emoji balloons had been delivered. I immediately called and Isabel the manager actually answered. I started to tell her that I didn't want the arrangement and she began to yell at me and talk over me and then she hung up. I created a case to corporate and actually talked to them and they talked to her and I was told Isabel had 48hrs to call me back and refund. Not exactly how it worked. Well, now it's 5:35 and they are telling me the driver was unavailable and at 5:22 they finally spoke him and he said it was going to be at least another hour and a half. I would advise NEVER to use this location. No manager on site to speak with, she will have to call me in morning. This was supposed to be a surprise anniversary gift for my daughter and son-in-law. I called to place two orders going to the same location, but the lady wanted me to do two transactions, so I had to tell the "manager/owner" no that you could do two orders on on transaction. I would never recommend that anyone use this location for anything. I wanted to surprise my for Mother's Day with an arrangement to be delivered at work. Well it never showed up. So I called for and was told that they deliver to schools first and businesses before 5pm. Never on the website did it mention that and I could not select a time. Mind you this was being delivered to a church which doesn't stay open until 5pm. So I asked if my wife could come pick it up and for them to refund the delivery that I was charged and was told no because it was my choice to have her pick it up and they still had time to deliver it. She said that she could not change anything in the computer which was a lie. She kept trying to talk over me and then she said that she couldn't be on the phone that long and hung up in my face. When I called back I asked to speak to a manager and the young lady said that the lady I was speaking to was the manager. WOW! Really?! I have never been so appalled in my life that a manager would speak and treat paying customers like that. Called customer service and they said they would refund my delivery charge but that was it! I ordered a Large Fruit Design Arrangement with chocolate covered strawberries and a balloon bundle, this total came out to be $112. That is a hefty price for me, but was worth it for the recipient. On top of that, they never delivered the chocolate covered strawberries, which is always the best part! I coincidentally discovered this mistake and called this Edible Arrangements to deliver chocolate covered strawberries to the recipient. The manager told me that they will not do that, they will only give me a $10 refund. I told them that a refund is different than compensation. If this is their mistake, then they should absolutely make another delivery to the gift recipient with the chocolate covered strawberries as initially purchased. I didn't want a refund, I just wanted them to receive the proper gift that I ordered. This is no way to conduct business and was a very disappointing experience. read more

Conroe location has the worst customer service. My daughter ordered an arrangement for me on Mother's Day. I waited until 9pm and never received my order. My daughter was so heartbroken, she spent her entire day calling to see if they were ever delivered. The next day we tried several times to get a hold of the manager. We kept getting excuse after excuse why she was not available. Around 1pm the ordered was delivered in an unmarked vehicle (uber). My balloons got tangled with another order. The driver had my strawberries/cookies on the hot concrete for about 5 mins trying to untangle my order. The strawberries were old and not fresh and the cookies were hard. My daughter finally got a hold of the manager after calling several times and demanded a refund. The manager said all she can do is offer a $5 discount off of her next order. My recommendation is to NEVER order from the CONROE location. The Woodlands location has wonderful customer service. If I could give zero stars I would. read more

Then they told her I would get the balloons the next day. When they were not delivered she fought with them because they were saying they were delivered, however they were looking at the incomplete delivery. I called the store Thursday morning and was told the arrangement was in the back of the store since Wednesday and it would be delivered at 1230. No one showed up. I called the store and asked for the supervisor. The employee told me she wasn't there I asked for the manager's phone number. I called the manager and received several lame excuses. My son and daughter-in-law sent me the most gorgeous and delicious fruit arrangement for my birthday. Edible Arrangements called to be sure I would be home in the next 30 minutes. I was, but was getting dressed so my husband went to the door. They were disappointed that I could not come to the door because they wanted to sing to me. Such a special touch. My daughter-in-law didn't even know that that was part of their service. All of the fruit was very fresh.
