We have used this…read moreballroom for multiple events over the years, including my own wedding, but this recent experience was by far the worst. Our niece's 15th party on 7/12 had several issues starting with the setup. Two main decor features listed in the contract were not installed. When we raised this with the manager on duty, Mr. Sergio , we were told these features were missing and too late to be set up. The decor manager should have proactively informed us about the shortfall and arranged a credit for the missing items, but no communication was made. The decor manager did not hold any accountability that she list some decor in the ballroom. The maintenance of the ballroom also showed a significant decline. Four industrial portable AC units were in use--was this communicated beforehand? Was the main AC not functioning? If so, should we receive compensation for this? Additionally, many ceiling tiles had visible water stains hidden behind fabric. Why weren't these replaced? It feels like an attempt to hide the damage. The gold glass tables inside were dirty and not cleaned before the event as well. Customer service at the bar was equally disappointing. The bartender, Patricia, displayed a poor attitude, was slow, and lacked the energy expected in her role. My father-in-law even had to step behind the bar to help because of her slow service, which offended her. She also cut people off arbitrarily, handling the situation poorly and causing discomfort for many guests. A bartender should be upbeat, efficient, and courteous, none of which were evident. On a positive note, the manager Sergio was great trying to resolve these issues, though the decor manager did not support him well and clearly needs retraining on client communication and decor management. Overall, this experience was hugely disappointing, especially given the high price and reputation La Fontaine portrays was not refilled and run down. I hope my feedback is taken seriously to improve the quality of service in the future.

Initially, everything was good. We signed a contract with TK in 2024 for our wedding on November 15, 2025. What was in the contract was the 4ft last name letters, the Photo Booth and the DJ. We had our first call on Tuesday, October 14, 2025 to discuss everything because I reached out to them since I had not heard anything and our wedding was a month away. We were told that during this call that we would receive the mock up for the Photo Booth picture design and that they would set everything up on Friday, November 14, 2025 (the Friday before because we had the venue all weekend). We were also told that he *LEWIS* would be getting us in contact with the DJ so that we can discuss everything necessary. We also let them know that they can pick up their items on Sunday, November 16, 2025 if they were busy, but that it had to be by that morning as we had to have everything cleaned and out to return the keys to the owner by 12pm. On Tuesday, November 4, 2025, we still had not had a call with the DJ and we still had not received the mock up design, so I reached out to ask for both of those things. On Friday, November 7th, we finally had the call with the DJ, but still had not received the design for the Photo Booth. On Wednesday, November 12th *THREE DAYS BEFORE THE WEDDING*, I followed up by asking for the design for the Photo Booth and got no response. So, I sent another message on Thursday, November 13th *TWO DAYS BEFORE THE WEDDING* asking again for the design and to see if they would be setting up still on Friday, November 14th. I did not receive a response until November 14th *THE DAY BEFORE THE WEDDING* which was them informing me that the 4ft letters would not be coming as they were damaged and we would get a refund (THE DAY BEFORE IS UNACCEPTABLE) and then they finally sent the design. I immediately tried to call them and they did not answer. I sent a text and asked if they could tell me which letters are damaged so that I can try to find another vendor to bring the letters to fill in and they said theirs are made in house so they won't be the same. They told me to send to them where to send the refund, I sent it and didn't receive the refund until the following day after having to follow up text 2 times. To add, they did not show up to set the Photo Booth on Friday as they had still planned. I sent two messages asking when they will set up and got no response. Now we are at Saturday, November 15th *THE DAY OF THE WEDDING* and by 10:30am, had still not heard anything about a refund or about the Photo Booth. We tried to call multiple times and got no answer. At 11:15am we finally receive a TEXT (NO CALL BACK) saying that the Photo Booth will be there at 12 BUT still no refund. We finally received the refund after 2pm. The Photo Booth was finally set up and it looked like a shower curtain that was hung on metal poles. It was very unprofessional and looked terrible and the photo's were extremely blurry. The email link for our guests to put in their email to receive the photos did not work because no guests got their photos. Now, we are at Sunday, November 16th and we are at the venue cleaning up. I tried calling Lewis to see when they will be picking up Photo Booth and to no surprise - no answer. So, I send a text asking when it will be picked up that we must be out by 12. He then tells me at 10:52am that his staff is on the way and their ETA is 11:52am.....The Photo Booth has to be taken down still, taken to their vehicle and we must return keys by 12pm *OFFSITE*. I texted saying that his staff needs to hurry because we have to be out by 12. He thumbs up the message. At 12:02pm, his staff was still not there and I texted asking for ETA and he said "let me find out" and I responded saying that "We will get fined by the venue" and of course he then does not respond anymore. PER OUR CONTRACT we would receive the photo booth photos the following week. By Tuesday, November 25, 2025 (10 days after the wedding) we had not received them or heard anything so I text asking when we will receive them - NO RESPONSE. I follow up more than 24 hours later - NO RESPONSE. 12 hours later at 10:18pm on November 26th, I send a text of disappointment with the company and everything that has happened. On November 28th, I receive a text asking to hop on a call, where I replied no because we were busy with family for the holidays and that I just wanted the photos. He replies that he had questions to ask me on a call and after that he would send the photos. I then said I can't call until next week, can you send photos before then? HE RESPONDS that he would hate for me to have trouble accessing the photos and that's why he wanted to call. So, I try to call and OF COURSE, NO ANSWER. So I text saying that I called, no answer, please send photos.
