The facility is small yet very clean and the employees were chill and welcoming. Tip: it wasn't obvious based on display, but they do offer samples of the soft serve thank goodness! Extremely excited about the newest Pressed location in DC!!! I've been obsessed with the Logan Circle location ever since they opened a few months ago, but I was overjoyed to learn that they were opening one just a few blocks away from Georgetown's campus. Pressed has a wide variety of amazing juices, smoothies, and lemonades, as well as some incredible smoothie bowls and freezes (basically vegan soft serves without any added artificial sugar)...what more could you ask for? Their freezes are incredible on a hot summer day, especially when you're craving something sweet and cold, but still want something relatively healthy. I also really appreciate that everything is fully plant-based as well, so I never even have to ask what I can and can't have...and even when I do ask, the staff is super knowledgeable about the ingredients of every item (and it's all listed on each juice or smoothie)! The staff at this location isn't quite as patient or friendly as the incredible staff at the Logan Circle shop, but I do caveat that judgement with a disclaimer that I visited during their grand opening, which was undoubtedly stressful. Pressed is also admittedly quite pricey, as all juice places are, but it's amazing for an occasional treat (and my wallet is definitely a little concerned that it'll become more than just an occasional treat being so close to me...) read more

Definitely skip the 140 calorie frozen dessert thing. It's basically an icy slushy made of dates and oat milk that melts rapidly. I'm so sad :( I really wanted to love my fro yo, but I was extremely disappointed. I got a small vanilla foryo which turned out to be almost $8. I knew it was going to be expensive but since I didn't like it I was even more upset I spent that much. I didn't get much of a vanilla taste if any. It was kind of bland and had a grainy texture. This review is based on a combination of three visits. If this review was based solely on their product, it would be a five-star review. I love Pressed (especially the almond milks and cleanses) and have been a member for years, often visiting their New York and Las Vegas locations (and now, Sacramento). I was so excited to see them coming to Georgetown, but sadly the service and location are a miss. They lost a star for cleanliness since the one table they had inside was filthy. I went to try the soft serve and wanted to stand inside so that it wouldn't melt immediately in the summer sun. The table had a bunch of trash piled up and the two employees were not overly busy helping customers as we were the only people in there. The table was beyond gross and attracting flies. The other star is being deducted for the service. While my husband waited in the car with our sleeping baby, I ran in to pick up a cleanse I ordered online. I had set the pickup time for noon and it was 2pm. When I looked for it in the refrigerator (like I had been instructed to do on a previous visit at this location), I was asked for my name by one of the three employees working. He then said it wasn't ready yet. When I asked why, since it was 2-hours past the pick-up time, he said it was because they wanted to be sure I was going to pick it up and asked me to wait while he pulled the juices for me. While I waited I noticed the two other employees were helping another customer while she was picking up her cleanse. They were giving her instructions to be successful with her cleanse and had divided the juices by day for her (3 separate bags). Meanwhile, my cleanse was being thrown together and shoved into two bags. I asked why one customer was getting special treatment while I was being cobbled together haphazardly. They seemed annoyed by my question and started to unpack my drinks, saying they could put stickers on each bottle to make it clearer for me (this had already been done for the other customer-- I know because they took the time to explain it to her while I was standing there), like I was asking for special treatment. Note: the numbering of bottles was always done with my past cleanses. Then, as the other customer left, I saw my name and phone number written on her bags! They had given my cleanse to the other customer! When I pointed that out, they said her name was the same... what? and the phone number too?? I asked to speak to a manager and they said there wasn't one available and just stared at me blankly. It was an incredibly frustrating experience and I just left with my two bulging bags because I didn't want to keep my husband and baby waiting any longer. What should have been no more than a 5-min stop had turned into nearly 20 min and I was beyond irritated. It wasn't until I got home that I realized that even though they gave me the correct number of juices, they were the wrong ones/not the cleanse I had ordered. Since this experience, I have not returned to this location. Drinks: 5 stars, my favorites are the vanilla almond and chocolate almond milks. Service: 1 star (and that's being extremely kind).
