I am impressed Juicery member and he scanned my barcode and recognize that it was my birthday and treated me very special. This review is to thank the kind worker who was helping me understand what this place was. I mean, I've always seen Pressed Juicery, but I never fully grasped the concept that this was literally a place that just makes juice (and acai). Anyways, the lady that helped me was very nice and patient. She recommended a variety of things off the menu, and I asked her what her favorites were. It was very fun. I ended up getting the new sparkling refreshers they had and tried the Gut Feeling one. That was pretty good. I liked whatever they put in there; it seemed and tasted healthy and very refreshing. I would honestly get it again instead of going to Starbucks for their refreshers. Delicious protein smoothie, I really love that it doesn't contain whey because I have a bad reaction to whey and I can't have it. It contains pea protein, coconut milk, and chia protein. Yummy and great for a post workout snack! I also enjoy the beet juice. read more

This is in a convenient location in fashion Island and if you just wanna stop here for press is on the outer part so it's easy to get to. Parking can be a challenge here depending on how busy the shopping center is. There isn't much of a place to sit after you get your freeze, but you can wander around fashion Island, and there are places to sit there although they are pretty far away. read more

It's so unfortunate. I've always loved pressed juicery, but over the years I've noticed how only one employee works at a time. I went in yesterday to get a freeze and this poor girl was working all by herself ringing up customers at the cashier, making orders, and packing online orders. Why does this always happen? You should be able to have AT LEAST 2 employees at a time. It is so sad that she was working all by herself and was so stressed with the line out the door. Do better pressed juicery owners. I'm sure they're only getting paid minimum wage too so I'm sure you can afford it. read more

Given that it's in a mall, this location is consistently busy and consistently understaffed. One person working with 10 people getting freezes does not work. tasty açaí bowls! not as many base flavors as other frozen bowl shops but still a great treat to hold you over until dinner if you've missed lunch. The bowls are wide and short compared to most bowls that are shaped as for ice cream, so it's actually more convenient to eat the toppings without them spilling over! Wow, what an experience! I used to be obsessed with Pressed Freeze and would visit this location almost every other day. After taking a break for a while, I decided to come back today. When I arrived, the store was completely empty except for an employee who was sweeping the floor. She didn't acknowledge me until she was done with the floor, and it was very clear I was an inconvenience to her by being there. I ordered my usual vanilla/chocolate freeze, and she seemed to make sure to pour as little as possible into the cup (I guess I should appreciate the saved calories, lol). But the worst part was the freeze itself -- it was basically melted, the worst consistency I've ever seen. Neither the strawberries nor the goji berries tasted fresh. And the other day I found out you can use any of the soft serves as the base for the bowls! The woman that helped me out was so nice and friendly. However, the recent employees (specifically one who works quite often) always appears angry and is rude to many of the costumers. Recently they have been extra stingy with their product.
