We recently visited Rojo Marrón and had a really great experience overall!…read more We ordered the fish tacos, beef street tacos, and the "Espropapa" (definitely not spelling that right ). The Espropapa was honestly a standout -- absolutely delicious. The chipotle dip that came with it was AMAZING, and the presentation was a 10/10. The potato was sliced into a spiral and served on a stick, which made it both fun and visually impressive. The fish tacos were also excellent. They were cooked perfectly, full of flavour, and topped with fresh vegetables. The chipotle mayo sauce paired with them was sooo good and really brought everything together. The beef street tacos were still very good and not dry at all, but compared to the other dishes they were slightly underwhelming. Still enjoyable, just overshadowed by how strong the other items were. Service was great -- our server was friendly, loved to chat, and checked in on us regularly without being overbearing. They even brought out a bucket of different sauces labeled with spice levels, which was a fun touch and let us customize the heat. The decor was very Mexican-themed and added a lot of character to the space. The tables looked a bit worn, but honestly it added to the overall style and vibe rather than taking away from it. Overall, a really enjoyable meal with great flavours, fun presentation, and welcoming service. Definitely worth a visit!

The menu does have a lot on it and a big portion is more American style foods. I've had the chicken souvlaki which was tasty - it comes with 4 pita pieces and tzatziki, lemon potato, lemon rice, chicken skewer and greek salad. I'd prefer the greek salad to have a greek style dressing and more kalamata olives for more flavour. The portion was heafty, I did not finish the entire plate and had no appetizers and came in really hungry. Well worth the $22. The service was very friendly. It's a casual place to have good food and a nice glass of wine. If you'd like to try greek wines there are some off the menu. Parking is great! Free angled parking right in front with plenty of room.

Definitely not the special I was looking forward to. The salad was delicious and the waitress was very sweet - 1 star. The rest - not sure where the chicken came from but it wasn't fresh, french fries, white steamed rice with some kinda herbs just shaken on top, and sour cream with maybe cucumber (but barely) - they called it tzatziki but none like I've ever had.

The chocolate milk was a bit lacking, but the caramel macchiato was actually very good! The décor is definitely dated, though there were lots of "historic" pieces around that were fun to look at while waiting for food. Staff were very nice and friendly, which made the experience better. I'd recommend it if you're looking for a classic, no-frills breakfast on the go.

In addition to the normal diner food, they also had what looked like Asian food including butter chicken. I called in on my burner cellphone and ordered a fettucine alfredo for my wife, and a steak and eggs breakfast for myself. After arriving, I waited a few minutes and was given my food after paying. After receiving my food, I immediately drove back to the hotel. To my surprise, when I got back to the hotel, not only did I get my steak and eggs, the fettucine alfredo, but, I also had a bonus box of ginger beef. The food was okay. It was diner food. Service was okay. They did try to contact me on my burner cellphone to let me know that I received a bonus, but, I left the phone in the car. It's an okay place.

I cannot say enough about the server. Both nights we were here it was the same lovely lady with exceptional skills. You could also tell locals love coming here because they were greeted with such enthusiasm and warmth. I had salmon the first night and chicken parm the second. We all ordered various items. The food here is spectacular.

Anyways, we stopped into Milos for a bite to eat after a fun day of snowboarding. We came on a Saturday evening and the place was somewhat busy. Our waitress was very sweet and quick to bring us our drinks (teas, coffee and water) right away. After that, not that it was her fault, they took forever to bring out our food. Kitchen was SO slow. Didn't know it was that hard too make salads... For food, this is what we ordered although I only tried two of them: - Chicken caesar salad ($13.50) - 2x Cajun caesar salad ($13.50) - the cajun chicken was good. Not much cajun or spice too it but it was cooked well. The caesar salad had too much dressing on it for my tastes. - Chicken fettucini alfredo ($18.50) - shared this with my buddy and it was probably the blandest fettucini alfredo I've ever had. No flavour at all. Almost reminded me of Michelino's...you know the ones you get out of the box. Yikes. - Lasagna ($16) - Cheeseburger ($12) - somehow my buddy's burger came without any cheese on it... Menu had a ton of greek options but they were super expensive ($20-30 price range). Definitely overpriced and based on the food that we ate, I would not want to spend that much on their food. I like how they had all the sports games on (watched some Raonic/Bouchard doubles tennis) but they need to condense the menu and focus on doing a couple of dishes well. Or figure out their identity. Is it Greek? Bar? Why is there pizza on the menu?
