(This is for the IC location) Do not recommend this place at all, would give 0 stars if I could…read more First of all, the prices are not listed ANYWHERE - not online or in the "store" - so I was pretty surprised to find out that the cost to dry clean 1 semi-formal (but really not that formal) dress was $37. Lesson learned, I guess, but I would have never assumed it would cost that much for a simple dress. I have never seen that kind of price at other dry cleaners I have used. Also, when I dropped it off, the sign said "anything dropped off today will be done by Wednesday." Well, Wednesday passed and I heard nothing. Once Friday rolled around and I still had not heard anything from them (besides the $37 charge to my credit card), I had to call to inquire, since I needed the dress for an event the next day. No answer. Someone (no idea who) from the store ends up texting me and tells me it "should be done" by the day that I need it by, and also, there is a stain on the dress that they could not remove. Okay, whatever. I just want the dang dress back. So at this point, I'm out $37 and the dress still has a stain on it (the whole reason I brought it in for dry cleaning). I get that maybe the stain just won't come out and that's fine/understandable, but now I am wondering what I paid $37 for. And to get it 3 days after they said it would done (8 days total). For one singular size extra small item. Learned my lesson and will definitely be using a different dry cleaner next time! Hopefully it actually ends up being done before I need it tomorrow - we'll see. Edit: picked it up this morning, hours before my event. The stains are very prominent on the front of the dress. Had I gotten it back on Wednesday, as I was promised, or even Thursday or Friday, I could have found another option before my event. Now it is the day of that the dress was ready to picked up, and it's too late to do anything about. Also, paid $37 for this, need I remind you. Wish I would have just used that money to buy a new dress. 0/10

Later on I find out that I was supposed to have left a credit card on file. Again, all things that the first time customer might want to know about especially when they physically only 2 to 3 days per week and don't even post their hours or days of operations on their door, receipts or anything like that. One and one here. Yelp lead me wrong on this one. Prices were normal hence the 2 stars.

I believe the size of the washers are exaggerated. They're way smaller than any other laundromat…read moreI've ever been to all over the US. With that being said, the prices are very expensive for the actual size. What they call a 4.5 load is really a triple loader for $6!!!! Jesus! The dryers start out $1.75 for 24 min and on med heat the clothes were so hot I could barely touch them. I took them out half way through and added my other laundry that was done on in the dryers I still had time on. One dryer stopped several times and then would restart. One of the washers took $3.25 and said machine starting but never did. Your on camera 24/7 and I've read where they don't hesitate to call the law in you but do not have a phone number to contact them to get a stolen refund. If you are going to have a 24/7 business then you should be God have someone available to assist with things that go wrong. At least answer your phone and add voicemail but thieves don't do what right. I think theft charges should be handed out to the owners. I'm not the only one they stole from. Walmart will have you arrested for a lipstick stolen so what's the difference. I did a background check and found the owners and phone number but no answer yet they called me back when I acted fraudulent like them texting saying I was looking for a job. Busted idiots! So tomorrow lots of phone calls and one to the police for theft. Scumbag! They've stolen lots of patrons money off of their bank cards but won't answer their calls either to get things straightened out. I think we may have us a civil case at the minimum. You don't even know what you've stirred up. I got nothing but time in life and a hunger for people like you that take advantage of others. So game on! Get ready for the roller coaster ride kids. Oh I'm listening to the song Socks ;) appropriate don't you all think?
