I've only ever tried their Brazilian base but it's my absolute favorite. The small is actually a decent size because they pack the bowls with acai and toppings here. The service is always friendly, even though there's only one main guy that's working there! He is SUPER friendly and remembers everyone! It's always clean and the decor is true to any acai place. There aren't too many places to sit indoors so I recommend going outside to the outdoor patio seating and enjoy the weather with your acai bowl! Acai republic is my go to Acai place and I'm so excited that it's summer and time for lots of acai!

This location is at the Foothill Ranch Food Festival (Food Court), on a far end where at one time a Nestle's cookie shop resided. It was a hot day and I was on my way to a nearby store when I spotted their sign and thought it was just what I needed. The young women working here were very efficient, cheerful, and interacted with customers in a friendly manner. I looked over the ice cream and mix-in choices and decided on a medium sized ('Love It") scoop of coffee ice cream with crumbled Heath Bar mixed in. Yes, the Heath Bar still exists; there is a cult of us that still like it. I watched as the spatulas slapped the ice cream mercilessly, combining the Heath Bar crumbles thoroughly within it. It was done in a couple minutes and I was out the door. There is no indoor seating but the food court has a lot of outdoor seating, most of it shaded. I sat and enjoyed the light, sweet flavor of the coffee ice cream and sweet toffee/chocolate crumbles mixed within. I prefer a deeper flavor of coffee ice cream but this was certainly still a delicious treat. Until recently the folks in Foothill Ranch only had a B&R for their ice cream so this is a welcome addition to the community.

The person at register did not ask us about sugar/ice level. Upon getting our drink (a lychee fruit juice), I felt the cup to be super heavy. I shook it to find out that the entire cup was filled with ice and filled with some lychee juice, it was really ridiculous. I asked the person at the register about it. She said it's usually a lot of ice in that specific drink because it's so sweet. It's a "very sweet drink" so they filled the cup up with ice? Hmm... Very interesting answer...I just left thinking this was a humorous but also very disappointing experience. I casually paid for a cup of flavored ice.

They have a few claw machines with plushy's they are fun and reasonable as far as price if you have the time. The small plushy's were only a dollar...well that's if your lucky and actually get one they also have a cute little flower wall where you can take a picture. So if your in the mood for a boba you can't go wrong with Ding Tea!!
