Yet another boba tea shop, and yet another addiction of mine. It is almost a MUST for a boba addict to try every new place that pops out. This place isn't a favorite, but certainly a good alternative. Service: 3 out of 5 Thankfully, the place was empty when I went in because the poor girl was working by herself with no help. She looked so busy and occupied preparing online orders when I got there, she barely noticed me. Despite the lack of help, she tried her best to be cordial. I asked her some questions, and she just ignored me, which I completely understand, and just left her alone to focus on making the drinks. Drinks: 4 out of 5 Value: Average, but they have $2 menu items. This boba shop has a large selection of drinks. I was so overwhelmed with all the types of drinks they offer, and it didn't help that they only had one person working. So, I went with the usual drinks I typically get: classic milk tea, brown sugar, and tried their mango créme slush. The quality of their milk teas were good. It didn't have a stale taste at all, and the boba was also good. Not too chewy and not too soft either, just perfect. However, the drinks tend to be on a sweeter side. So, if you're like me and prefer mild sweet, try to opt for 50% to 75%. I tried the 75% sweetness level, and it was still a bit sweet. However, the 75% was perfect for the kids. Their Ceylon Black Milk Tea is similar to a traditional or classic milk tea from any other boba milk tea shops around. Their Brown Sugar Milk Tea is also the same as any of the other shops. I also tried their Mango Créme Slush, and it was really refreshing and tasty! I really liked it, BUT it got too sweet towards the end. So, next time, I will certainly try to get it with less sugar. It was my first time there so I wasn't familiar with their drinks. It was nice that they had other milk options. Also, that they can adjust the sweetness level. My drink was really good especially with the adjusted sweetness level. Although, I probably could've gone yet a little less. The crystal boba was the perfect texture and pop. I came to this place just to use the restroom to be honest BUT I stayed for vibe of this place. I honestly ended up staying a whole hour, not Because of the bathroom lol but Becuase of how awesome this place was. It's small not to big but it reminded me of nice place to hang out. The video arcade games are free. You can play them for as long as you want, I believe they have 3-4 of them. The claw machines obviously cost $1, but they have chess, they have Total battle, among other games. After playing with all the arcade games I did become quenched so I ordered myself a drink. I would probably score it a 3/5 Because it was not as sweet as I would have liked it but that's my bad Because there were many other options I could have ordered. On the other hand my friend order a completely different drink (mango) and that was definitely sweet, therefore I will overlook my order.Overall I give this play 4.5 stars if I could. Having now tried almost a dozen drinks here, I finally feel ready to write a review. Overall, I like that you can taste the tea in most drinks and that they fill your cup even when you ask for no ice (although milk latte drinks are not adjustable this way). I also like the smoothness of the milk tea drinks (no separated creamer here!) and the variety of drinks offered on the menu (including a $2 menu!). All the milk teas here are extremely smooth. They use a liquid creamer rather than a powder, so the creamer blends in well with the teas. Sometimes the creamer does drown out the tea taste, but you can order a fresh tea instead of a milk one. They brew the teas fresh, and you can definitely taste the tea in most of the milk tea flavors. 70% sweet works well if you like sweet (it's similar to 100% at other places); 50% sweet works better if you like less sweet. My favorite of the milk teas is the white peach oolong. The taro pearl milk tea is a bit of a miss for me because I prefer real smashed taro, and this one also tastes a bit too coconutty. The boba was also a little too soft (though it tasted great later after refrigeration which hardens it a bit). The creme brûlée and pudding drinks both came with such a small amount of topping that it's not really worth it to pay extra for them. The creme slushes are not my thing. I don't understand the creme addition, the ice slush melts too quickly, and the syrup is way too sweet even at 70% sweet. I much prefer Orobae's slushes that have well-ground fine ice without a dairy addition. The fruit teas are good with fresh slices or pieces of fruit in addition to fruit syrups (make sure you keep stirring or all the syrup ends up at the bottom of the cup). I prefer the Signature over the Strawberry. This is a great refreshing option without dairy! Service is friendly but extraordinarily slow as commented on by other reviewers. When I ordered in person, it took over 35 minutes to get my drinks. When I ordered via the app before store opening and set it for pickup at the first available time (10:20am even though they open at 9:00am), the drinks still weren't ready until just past 10:30am. So do not come here if you're in a rush! If you download the app, you can get 50% off your first app order. This coupon works on all drinks, in contrast to other coupons they've offered that have had some limitations (which were also sometimes not very easy to decipher at first glance). Overall, I do like having Presotea nearby as a boba option, and I will definitely come back for the white peach oolong milk tea and the signature fruit tea! read more

I'm happy they opened this up near me! I really do like it! Ive only had a couple drinks here and they've both been amazing. The peach oolong with cheese foam is my go to. I love the strong peach tea flavor and the creaminess that the cheese foam gives. I have also tried their Thai tea which tastes traditional. There's plenty of parking outside the plaza. The place is pretty big, but there's no indoor or outdoor seating available. Not sure if they're going to plan on having indoor seating since when we went, there were no chairs and tables inside. I tried their White Peach Oolong Milk Tea and it was so good and creamy. You could definitely taste the peach flavor, unlike other places, the peach flavor taste is pretty minimal. I also tried their Lychee Milk Tea, which was also pretty good. Sighs. Hate to reduce my rating. They took an online order which wasn't fulfilled at the pick up time. So I waited for an extra 15-20 and watched them make the tea and hand it to me. Didn't realize that one of my drink did not have boba. I called and they said thay they had run out of boba. Okay, so why not let me know this when you handed it to me? New to the area and daughter asked for boba (personally, don't understand the allure). Presotea happened to be relatively close, so decided to give it a try. (What does the name mean, anyhow?) They also have to-go menus at their counter, which Hyein helped me find, that were really helpful because there are a lot of options on the screen. they were missing the flan cafe frappe on their screen menu, but we found it on the paper menu. We decided on the flan cafe frappe, the creme brulee milk tea w/ boba, and the white peach oolong tea w/ coco lychee jelly. The boba was fresh, warm, and rlly soft. Waited until 2:01pm and the person that had ordered ahead of us still didn't have their order either and every person that ordered while we were there was having to wait as long as us and complaining amongst themselves. WOW THIS PLACE IS GREAT! I rarely write reviews, but we love the PresoTea in Foothill Ranch. We will drive past a half-dozen boba tea shops on the way to the FHR PRESOTEA. The tea is brewed freshly each time and the boba is made fresh on the premises. The staff is great and the owner runs it as a wonderful family business endeavor. I love supporting small family businesses that actually care about their customers. BTW, the coffees are excellent as well.
