It came with the MOST delicious cold foam on top that I've ever had. I would literally order this drink again just for the cold foam. The matcha itself was nothing noteworthy, but I overall enjoyed my drink. The tables are quite small but they do have free Wi-Fi. The Barista declined the refund because the matcha was "ceremonial grade" and it tastes like milk because there is milk in it and did not offer any other solution. His tone was argumentative and condescending. I'm not a matcha expert, but the service was terrible. There may be many kinds of ceremonial grade matcha and it was not what she probably was used to, but there is no way to talk to a customer that way when she was speaking from a concerned tone.
