About 6 weeks ago I phoned in to leave a compliment for the trash pickup driver---He personally picked up some of the trash that had just blown around when the wind tipped my container over minutes before he arrived. Yesterday was the final straw. I was on hold for 58 minutes (while multi-tasking) with ZERO response. For the last 10 minutes I tried to use the website to deal with my issue. BOTH the directions for how to "adjust" my service and for how to start a "chat" (hate those robotic things!!!) were inaccurate. NO WAY TO GET HELP FROM A HUMAN BEING and no local phone number to be found anywhere. The actual service I've received on my street is four stars overall. Email communication has also been fine. But not being able to reach a living, breathing human in less than 15 minutes is not okay--ZERO stars!. I am searching for a new company for trash and recycling pickups.

I went through the online process to cancel my service, because my business was moving locations. I received a confiramation within 1 day that the request was approved. Yet 2 months later I'm still being billed and services are still being scheduled. Chatted with the online "Live Chat" multiple times, and was just stuck in a loop with no answers. Looked up a customer service number. Google AI gave me a number that led to a scam call center. The person said they're from Waste Managements and only asked for my full credit card information over and over. I've finally connected with a customer service phone number, where I've been passed around to 4 people. Somehow NONE of them have the authority to cancel my service. I've spent hours trying to cancel a service I no longer need, after going through their step-by-step online system. Do not work with this company, there are so many better ones out there.

I have called them four times so far. Whoever answers the phone (the two names I got were Alex and Tom) responds in a short and rush manner, but were nice enough people. They each told me would be moved immediately but nothing happened. I call back and whoever answers the phone acts surprised.
