I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone! My uncle was a hoarder (Books, Newspapers, Clothes) and hadn't left the house in years. We tried to get him to move out and let us clean the house but he wasn't having it. When he passed away, we got quotes from 4 removal companies. Three of them tried a bait and switch, one price over the phone and almost double when they showed up do do an estimate. We sent pictures to Great Junk, got an estimate over the phone. The crew showed up on time, (the day of the clean out, they called to say they were about 30 minutes away and got there in 20), they cleaned out the entire house in one day. Not only did they remove everything, they also swept the floors as each room was emptied. They were polite, wore uniforms, and were very respectful. They found a cigar box with old photos and Army medals and very carefully handed it over to our daughter who was there to supervise and offered to wrap it up for her for safekeeping. I had tenants move out the day before selling my condo. They left a ton of stuff that the buyer found during the walk through and we only had an hour until closing. They were just incredible. They came quickly, were resourceful, removed everything and took photos and sent them so I could show them at closing. Well, Just had Lane and his guy come by for the 2nd time in less than a week. Great guys, did a great job. Last time he came Lane quoted me price for the 2nd removal and he stuck by it even though we had more stuff than I showed him. When I made the request to have the same crew, Eric said there would be a discount, by I thought it would probably be forgotten in the interim. Nope. Received the discount as promised. Lane looks rough and tough, but has old school good manners which very much put my elderly parents at ease. We have one more big cleanup to do and plan to call again in a couple months. Contacted Eric at Great Junk Removal on Monday, and Great Junk Removal came out on the following day to remove a 12 yr old water heater. Eric was professional and courteous on the phone, as well as the 2 man crew he sent to my home. Within minutes they had this beast out of the basement, and loaded on their truck.
