Highly recommended! I had a toilet replaced by a handyman and although I specifically stated and confirmed that they would need to haul the old one away...they did not. I texted Quick Clean Outs on Friday evening and they were here on Saturday morning, on time, fast, professional and very communicative. read more

Long overdue review. The guys made quick work of a 2nd floor 2 bed demo project. Highly recommend.

We used this company last weekend, immediate response to our last minute request. They were prompt for pick up, excellent communication nad very fair price. We texted a photo of pick up and within a couple of hours our construction debris was gone. We will definitely use this company again. read more

Quick Clean Outs - Conversation with Jason - Junk Removal & Hauling Near Me

I had alot of construction debris in my backyard that needed to be removed very quickly. Jason was super accommodating and sent someone right away. I had way more debris than would fit in the truck so they sent a larger truck the next day. He gave me a very fair price and Salvador and the two other guys that showed up were very nice and got the construction debris all cleaned up and out. Would definitely use again. read more

Over the years we have used many moving, hauling, and clean out services and have never been a repeat customer. That changed today. Next time we need help with hauling or clean out services we will absolutely call Quick Clean Outs! Jason answered on a Saturday, quickly responded with an estimate and a proposed time. Showed up on time, was fast and professional. Can't thank you enough for making this a quick and effortless experience for us! Highly recommend. read more

Started out good, agreed on the budget, was informed of location and building amenities. Jason agreed, removed 95% of the demo trash. Professional on the phone, but has a serious flaw. Doesn't have a truck as advertised, gets into yelling matches with neighbors, quick to use the "it's because I am a black man" card with customers after agreeing to the job. Not wise, not professional, bad attitude. Ran out of room in his truck, left trash in the alley, stuffed hundreds of pounds of concrete into my trash bins. Not good. Ok demo, poor attitude, as if we owe him for doing his job. Used his "black card" on neighbors on the street and in me when he left a mess. Jason can't argue when he sees the job, agree to take the job, agree on the price. read more

Quick Clean Outs - She'd - Junk Removal & Hauling Near Me

My mother died and I needed the remaining stuff in her apartment taken away fast. So I sent a list of things I needed out this weekend to 4 junk removal companies on yelp for a quote. Jason with Quick Clean Outs was the first to reply. His quote ($650) was literally twice that of the others, BUT he was available the next day. So we agreed on a tentative price of $500. After he came by right on time this morning at 9, he looked around the apartment, and said there was no way he could do it for the $500. We then agreed on everything for $700, I didn't even haggle with him, he said $700, I said ok. I just really needed everything gone that day. He had brought a smaller uhaul truck and it was just him. After about 30 minutes I left and let him work. Three hours later I returned and it was still just him. He had someone help him briefly for the larger items but they had left I guess. It was obvious to me at that point that there was no way he was getting all of the junk on that uhaul truck. I assumed he had another van coming or something. About 30 minutes later he asked me to take a look at the truck as if he was done. As if we agreed that I would pay $700 for him to fill up the truck when in fact we agreed on $700 to remove all of the junk. I had no interest in looking at the truck, whether it was full or not didn't matter. I told him he wasn't done and that I wouldn't pay the full $700 unless he finished. At that point he brought up our original agreement for $500 as if that was why there was stuff left. Clearly he had no intention on getting another vehicle or reducing his price. After arguing with him for 5 minutes or so, I said I'd pay him the full $700 if he helped me bring the rest to the alley (see the picture) I was just sick of arguing with him and hearing him call me "bro". Clearing out my dead mothers stuff wasn't something I wanted to argue about. He reluctantly started to - and he complained and moaned and bitched for a good 15 minutes until I just paid him because I was sick of hearing his whining. So I give him the full $700 despite the job not being done, and he says: "it's always the good guy that gets screwed." ?! Lmao- unbelievable, he just gets paid for a job he didn't do and says he's getting screwed?! Wow. I told him that helping me move the rest of the junk to the alley wasn't the agreement we made, and he said "it's like 15% unfinished", so I said "so you want to give me back 15% of my $700?" Of course he said no lmao. He then continues to go on and on about how much he did and how we didn't agree to everything, when in fact we did. Instead of just taking his money for a job he didn't finish, he complained some more for about 10 minutes. He wouldn't shut up. I asked him to leave several times saying that we didn't need to argue (I just wanted him gone) and he goes on and on about how professional he is and how he's never dealt with a customer like me in all the time he's been doing this. He actually wouldn't leave until I walked out of the apartment to get away from him. So long story short, if you want to pay double to help the crew yourself (while they complain the whole time) move your junk to the alley to get fined by the city, while a bunch of it never gets removed at all, then argue with them about how professional they are and how your most current and latest agreement doesn't matter because the one you texted the night before is on their phone and that one is better for them because they don't want to rent another truck from uhaul, then this is your guy. Otherwise, try someone else. Update: After reading my review, he decided to send me an insulting text (see the screenshot). Funny thing is, I actually said the words "I appreciate all the hard work you did". I was even ready to tip this guy another $50 because I know what it's like to do this kind of work. Unfortunately Jason isn't a man of his word, he could've gotten a larger truck, said he couldn't do the job, or agreed to do most of it for a lesser price, he didn't, instead he argues with me and sends me insulting texts, so one star it is. read more

Called for help with a new remodel project. I needed a house full of wall to wall carpeting pulled as well as kitchen and bath cabinets removed. Jason was easy to communicate with. Always replied super quick which I greatly appreciate. He actually drove out the day after our large snowstorm and got to work. In order to remove the cabinets he had to shut off and unhook the plumbing and electrical circuits which was no problem. He did the job by himself and when I checked it out later I was surprised the transformation of the space and was glad it was done so quickly. I have other things still left to do and will give him call for that as well. Left things neat too! read more

Jason again did a superior job taking away a truck load of old furniture and more in a quick and safe fashion... in the middle of snowstorm... in a pandemic. He made sure we were safe and is the model of thoughtfulness! I will be using him again in a month. I can't recommend him more! read more

We had an entire two-floor, 3BR townhouse, plus basement and garage, stuffed to the brim and beyond, which needed literally to be shovelled out, 20 truckloads worth. After inspecting the property carefully, Jason made us a very fair, firm written estimate in advance and was able to start the next day. He and his crew always showed up very promptly, worked hard, communicated well with texts and pictures showing excellent progress every day. The final results were exactly what we hoped for, a beautiful and thoroughly professional job. read more

Jason was hired to remove tile from my balcony through HomeAdvisor. While working he shattered two of the balcony windows and advised he would open an insurance claim to cover the damages. We went through the claim process, only to find out that Jason has a self-insured retention of $1,000 which he refused to pay so the insurer closed the claim without paying it. He took the money for the services rendered and also caused $2,800 in damages that went unpaid for by the insurer because he refused to make the payments towards his deductible. This behavior is criminal. Jason's company is also no longer approved by HomeAdvisor. Not surprised. read more

Fantastic Service! Arrived on time and hauled away requested items. Very professional. Will us again and highly recommend.

Jason was super quick to respond to texts. Came out the very next day (which was Labor Day) on an extremely hot day. Started to storm and didn't slow them down. Filled the truck up to the brim and got everything out. Good service. read more

I was in a bind. I needed a garage cleared out and removed fast. I called Jason and he came out to look two days later. The garage was packed to the gills. He was honest about pricing. He didn't know how many truckloads he would have to take away and that would impact cost. However, with these excellent Yelp reviews I knew he was a guy you could trust. He did give me a price on how much it would be to tear down an empty garage and it seemed reasonable. The garage and stuff were gone two weeks later. I paid less than I thought. I am grateful to him and Josh. You will never go wrong with these guys. They are honest and hard-working. read more

Jason and team were great! They arrived on time and did a great job removing everything. I highly recommend them!

I hired Jason to remove my kitchen and floors. We agreed on the pricing and scope of works on the text. But on the 2nd day, when I asked him to finish the remaining work, he refused to do it and said it was not what he agreed on. I showed him the text but he refused to recognize the fact. When I asked him again to finish the work, he became angry and demanded me to pay him immediately. Jason threatened to dump all junks on my driveway. After I sent him the payment, I asked him again to finish the work. He grabbed a fire extinguisher and tried to hit my head. I had to call the police to get him out of my property. read more

Would highly recommend Quick Clean Outs! We had Quick Clean Outs remove our driveway for more gardening space. Jason was quick to respond with a very reasonable quote. Coordinating via text was great with prompt responses and work was scheduled for the next day. Talked with Jason told me he would be out that night to pick up debris ... never showed so I called and told me he would be out next day to only no show me again! Never called and never responded to phone calls or emails. If you can't do a job at least have the courtesy to let a customer know so they can find someone else!
