1-3-17. I put out quote requests to several companies last night to get my dishwasher hauled away. Jason called right away with a price quote and I negotiated a lower price which I intended on paying cash. He told me he would be able to come out the same night. We agreed. Well hours past and I never got a text, call, any type of communication that he wasn't coming. Instead I had to text him and he said he wouldn't make it due to family issues and would come by this morning. We agreed on 7am. 7:40 this morning, I text him asking if he was still coming. He told me he just woke up because he was up all night with family issues. Needless to say, I found another company who quickly and gladly agreed to do the work at the same price. Those guys came out within 2 hours, no problem. Not professional at all when you agree on a job and don't show up OR communicate that you won't be able to make it and the customer is the one contacting and following up with you. UPDATE 1-4-17: This guy just texted me trying to harass me for writing him a bad review and threw in the race card saying it was bc he is black. My family members are black so don't use that as an excuse for not showing up for a job you agreed on and failing to communicate that you had no intentions of coming. After agreeing on a price, we scheduled a time the next day for Quik Clean Outs to remove some construction debris sitting outside of our house. Received a text 20 minutes after the scheduled time saying they couldn't make it. We rescheduled for first thing on a Sunday morning. No word by mid-morning so I reached out and was told the current job was taking longer than expected and they would be there when they were done. No word by early afternoon so I told them we were heading out for a bit and we would let them know when we were back. I responded late afternoon and they could no longer come that day. We rescheduled for the next day and I never heard a word. Finally, made one last attempt to reschedule two days later. This time they said they could only come after raising the price 50% more than the originally agreed on price. read more
