Jason responded immediately to my initial quote request, agreed to what I wanted to pay, and agreed to come out to the western suburbs- no problem with the location at all. He came on time, handled everything quickly and professionally, was totally courteous and affable, as professional as could be. I will definitely use Quik Clean Out again, no question about it. I highly recommend them! read more

Out of the five junk removal companies I contacted, only Jason from Quik Clean Outs contacted me. He was at the property within one hour and he gave me a quote that was beyond reasonable. Jason began work at 830am this morning and had emptied the entire house-main floor, attic and basement-by 130pm. Very impressive. Will definitely use him again. read more

I needed help ASAP on getting rooftop furniture and miscellaneous items on a 4th floor walkup picked up and trashed. I reached out to Jason and his team, wow he responded so fast and then was over shortly after. They were very efficient, quick, and professional. They were very careful about now touching any of the walls with the items which was appreciated, I would highly recommend us! read more

Jason rocks. Quick communication out of the gate, honest quote and very reliable. I sent him pictures and he removed a pretty big deck efficiently and professionally. Highly recommend!!! read more

Jason was great to work with. I had the unenviable tasks of coordinating cleanup of my parents basement ! Their municipality doesn't do curbside trash removal for large items. I was able to call Jason on short notice and he came on a SUNDAY and had everything loaded: a couch, matching chair, entertainment center, treadmill, cocktail table, a large oak desk, were loaded up on his pickup in less than half an hour and all for a very affordable price! I highly recommend! read more

Posted a post for someone to come ASAP and Jason accepted and delivered. Thx for the help.

Requested a quote over Yelp from these guys and two other junk removal services. Jason replied quickly and his price was lower than the other two. It was easy to set up an appointment and everything went smoothly. read more

Jason was responsive, efficient and reasonable. It was quick and dirty.....literally and figuratively. Great job. Will use again.

I had floor guys coming to refinish my floors on a Friday and still had a home full of junk from gutting a bathroom and tearing down a wall and old floors. Jason came to my condo within the hour and hauled out a full scale condo rehab worth of debris. He was A+. read more

Quick, painless and easy to deal with. Jason (the owner) was extremely responsive and the driver arrived early to haul away a few interior doors I no longer needed. Would do business with them again in a heartbeat. read more

Quik Clean Outs is fantastic! I was having trouble finding someone to haul my junk away after I moved. I received several outrageous quotes. I only got one that was reasonable and they couldn't get here until after I left town. Jason met that price and was here exactly when I needed it. He arrived right on time, worked quickly and efficiently and had me cleaned out in about half an hour. Even the neighbor's would-be attack dog didn't slow him down. I can't say enough good things about Jason and Quik Clean Outs. Hire them. You'll be glad you did!! read more

I am very appreciative of the hard work Jason put in getting my garage cleared out. I sent various messages to other companies however no one else could even ball park a quote. Jason honored his quote he gave me and worked extremely hard in 100 degree weather. The man is a work horse. I highly recommend Jason to all and will definitely be using him again in the future read more

Jason was wonderful! I called him last minute and I underestimated the garbage but he was accommodating. He lifted and loaded all the heavy construction remains. Professional and hard working! read more

My company was going through rebranding so I needed a reliable, legitimate disposal company to get rid of our old assets. I tried about 5 places that all gave me outrageous price quotes, (close to $200). Quik Clean Outs did it for half the price, they were fast, efficient, & professional! Really glad I found them read more

1-3-17. I put out quote requests to several companies last night to get my dishwasher hauled away. Jason called right away with a price quote and I negotiated a lower price which I intended on paying cash. He told me he would be able to come out the same night. We agreed. Well hours past and I never got a text, call, any type of communication that he wasn't coming. Instead I had to text him and he said he wouldn't make it due to family issues and would come by this morning. We agreed on 7am. 7:40 this morning, I text him asking if he was still coming. He told me he just woke up because he was up all night with family issues. Needless to say, I found another company who quickly and gladly agreed to do the work at the same price. Those guys came out within 2 hours, no problem. Not professional at all when you agree on a job and don't show up OR communicate that you won't be able to make it and the customer is the one contacting and following up with you. UPDATE 1-4-17: This guy just texted me trying to harass me for writing him a bad review and threw in the race card saying it was bc he is black. My family members are black so don't use that as an excuse for not showing up for a job you agreed on and failing to communicate that you had no intentions of coming. If that's how you treat unsatisfied customers that YOU blew off, then you sir are a real PROFESIONAL business owner! read more

I had been wanting to free up some space in my garage for some time but never got around to it. One day I saw Jason's truck parked and I copied the contact information as well as the website. After reading several positive reviews I decided to give him a call. I informed Jason that I had two couches, a TV, small dresser, and several other items that I needed to clear out, after which he quoted me a very reasonable price. We set up the pick up time for the next day. Jason arrived right on time and we were done within 15 minutes, I was impressed. I would definitely recommend his services. read more

After agreeing on a price, we scheduled a time the next day for Quik Clean Outs to remove some construction debris sitting outside of our house. Received a text 20 minutes after the scheduled time saying they couldn't make it. We rescheduled for first thing on a Sunday morning. No word by mid-morning so I reached out and was told the current job was taking longer than expected and they would be there when they were done. No word by early afternoon so I told them we were heading out for a bit and we would let them know when we were back. I responded late afternoon and they could no longer come that day. We rescheduled for the next day and I never heard a word. Finally, made one last attempt to reschedule two days later. This time they said they could only come after raising the price 50% more than the originally agreed on price. read more

So after going back and forth a few times trying to get him to come out he ended up cancelling last minute only after I texted him to see if he was still coming. This was the second time he tried to reschedule, seems like a nice guy but I just couldn't wait any longer to get the items removed so I went with another company. read more

Jason answered my question within a few minutes on Yelp. Set up an appointment for later in the week and hauled away a ruined above-ground pool that was thrown in my backyard! read more

Fair price, showed up early, did a great job - what else can you say? I would definitely use these guys again.

Jason responded to my request for a quote right away. His prices are reasonable, and he was flexible in meeting my timing needs. He arrived right on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and was on his way. I couldn't ask for a better transaction from start to finish. I would definitely call again, and I would definitely recommend for your junk removal needs! read more

Jason worked with me quickly and got me a quote. He was also able to work with my budget, which I am very grateful for. He came to me quickly (same day) and hauled away all my junk, construction debris, etc. He was very fast, friendly, and professional (he even offered to sweep up the floor!). I would definitely recommend him to everyone and anyone who needs their stuff hauled away. Thank you, Jason! read more

I requested a quote through Yelp along with a few other junk removal services. Jason responded quickly and had the lowest quote. He was courteous, professional and super fast ! We had an extreme amount of construction debris and I am still amazed at how fast it was loaded and gone. Highly recommend Quick Clean Outs! read more

Jason was incredibly prompt in responding to my email and was able to schedule the job right away. The team cleaned out concrete, rubble and leaves from under my porch, and once I saw them working I was so glad I had not tried to do it myself. Definitely money well spent! read more

I sent out multiple messages to receive quotes only to be disappointed by the lack or responses and high prices! Only Jason responded promptly with a low price! I had half of my garage filled with construction debris that needed to be removed quickly as I was moving in the following day. Jason confirmed our appointment and showed up on time as promised which is a rare occurrence in this business I might add! There was one unfortunate snag that caught him off guard, a flat tire! But have no fear this guy is as resourceful as it gets. He quickly pulled out tire patch kit and patched the tire within minutes and begun loading the truck. We successfully filled the truck to the brim and after all said and done he wanted to sweep the garage Thank you Jason for your superb service and wish you all the best in growing your business! If you have any junk that needs to be hauled away just call Jason and he'll take care it! read more

Jason responded quickly. Good price. Was available quickly. And delivered what he promised. Also a nice guy. Will use him again for sure.

do not hire. the guy came to me house and put all the garbage bags in mine and my neighbors recycling cans. we didn't know it until he left and our neighbors complained. refused to come by and do the right thing. also let a scrapper in my yard that broke up my new granite kitchen counter top. will not take any responsibility for it. read more

Had a bunch of yard waste and brush that needed to get thrown out. Trash costs a fortune in our town and I didn't want to break everything down and put it in yard waste bags. Jason came out the next day and had everything loaded up in 5 minutes. Affordable, fast, and pleasant. Will definitely be calling again when the yard waste starts piling up. read more

Called Jason on a Sunday afternoon. He answered, gave me a fair quote for removing some construction debris, and said he could take care of it that afternoon. An hour or so later, he showed up, and did just that. Can't ask for much more. read more
