SO I just received my SECOND dumpster from this company since moving into my aunt's house in Darien. My aunt moved back overseas and left the house as if she was going to the grocery store; lots of stuff was everywhere that my small family and I just did not need! The first dumpster experience from this company was great. Out of all the companies I called they were the cheapest, very punctual and nice to work with over the phone. This time around I had mentioned the previous prices from the last rental and they actually honored those prices even though their prices now are just a bit higher and I wasn't concerned. Anyone I've spoken to on the phone has been a delight, and the gentleman dropping off the dumpster today was also very professional. He made sure he knew where I wanted the dumpster placed, and did it very smoothly, without too much noise. He knew what he was doing! I know it's kind of weird to write such a rave review over a company I've only dealt with twice, for dumpster rental of all things, but when the business does their job right, they deserve recognition. WasteBox is one of the few services that carry smaller dumpsters. We rented a 6 yard dumpster from them on August 8, 2019. We needed it for a 1.5 car garage roof tear-off and some construction materials. The individual who answers their phone was exceedingly nice and very friendly. I was so skeptical as there really was no contract and was worried there would be "additional charges" upon pick up since you do read other reviews and people are charged more sometimes. However, we did fill the container with what we said we would -- old shingles and roofing materials and some other construction materials (damaged wood). We kept it as flat a possible so it was not an overflowing mess. Was very happy with their service and would highly recommend them! read more
