    These guys are amazing!!! Our dishwasher leaked and caused…read moredamage to the kitchen, living room, and majority of our basement. We called Paul Davis and with in an hour Romero arrived with his crew looking very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. Romero walked us through the process and helped communicate with our insurance, meanwhile the crew protected our floors with paper, Once areas were cleaned and disinfected, the crew brought in their equipment to begin the drying process. Again Romero explained to us the importance of monitoring daily to ensure that the wet affected materials are drying effectively. After the last monitor, the crew returned to pick up all the equipment, and they did a final cleaning. I highly recommend this company. They are the best of the best.

    Fleecing attempt averted by not hiring Paul Davis…read more Aa competitor, provided me with a quote, including a full sketch of the damage area, and told me that Paul Davis and Servpro should come to about the same price as all mitigation companies use a program created for them by the insurance industry. The Paul Davis rep told me that he is hesitant about giving me a full quote as it requires sketching which is time consuming, and his boss may be weary of him spending that much time to not get the job in the end. I was immediately put off, but since I previously spoke with his boss over the phone and he indicated that if I was not going through my insurance, they would work with me to make the project as cost effective as possible, I asked for that "cash" price. After the rep telephoned his boss, he offered me a price that was over twice what the competitor gave me in a written quote. The rep reiterated that this is a special offer only, as they would have to run everything through a program if it would go through insurance. I was so flabbergasted at the pretense to offer me a discount while in fact charging twice the non-discounted price that I asked for the offer in writing. I assumed the rep would balk, but no, he provided it in writing (of course, not itemized). A company is its people, and experiences might vary depending on who you deal with at Paul Davis. The rep was young and clearly trying to impress his superiors by bringing in the loot. But why give these guys a chance if this is a work culture they tolerate?

    Stay away. Read the owners response to bad reviews (yelp or google) he argues with all customers…read more That says a lot. Professional companies do not do this even if they believe they're correct. When trashing drywall and materials as expected, they were not supposed to trash anything personal. When the trash bags were outside we found a trophy, old family photos, blankets, medals and more (some in photos). I don't know if I missed more, I hope not. Owner claims we are liars and did not look through bags. I attached camera proof of me looking through the trash because of this. Don't know why he would think this is a lie because I can prove I did. Company showed up announced last day to pickup machines, 2 hours after scheduled time. Owner claims we "screamed and called them names," during this interaction. We have cameras and this encounter on video. No voices were raised or names called. That is pure slander and untrue. Company would leave after 2 hours of work and say they need to return next day (more than once), after you've already taken the day off. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, owner responds, said I called him/his company names, yelled, was "abusive", that I messaged him on weekends, and much more. All of these things are slander, I was nothing but kind to them. Phone records, cameras, and photos prove I have never called this person on a weekend and his other claims are lies. Company does messy work, randomly will damage things (shown in photos). Mold inspector said he can tell his work was not properly contained, this is a health risk. He also said 8,316 dollars is ridiculous for what was done. I showed company owner black mold on baseboards prior to work (pictures show). It was left and my home has failed the 2nd (final) test. Owner had a problem with us keeping our animals locked away during work. We made sure we were home and told him many times to let us know when they need to enter that room with the animals for work, they failed to ever inform us when they want to enter the room and then blamed never getting to it on us. Company left our front and back door wide open for extended periods, as long as 3 hours sometimes, for anything to get in. Owner claims he knew the first air test would fail and I wasted my money. I have a message from him on 01/15 of him claiming otherwise, I will attach it below. After feeling the work was done (shown via text), an air test failed, and owner claimed he absolutely never thought the work was done. Another example of random unprofessional lies. After this test fail, owner said our bar NEEDS to be gone to pass. So I allowed him to rip it up, re clean basement and tested again. Test failed again, so the bar is gone for nothing. I hardly spoke to his employees besides an occasional thank you, and owner says one "quit because of me." Then he said he fired one over me. Thy makes 0 sense. Company unplugged our basement fridge and we didn't notice for days. I asked them to please leave original doors and frames, they ripped every single frame up anyway. I would've allowed them to if they told me they needed to. Owner said we had a pipe leak. Within 24 hours I had a plumber out who fixed it. Later on owner claimed we "had a bathroom flooding the basement and argued with him about it," this is an example of the owners slander. I can prove I had a plumber there asap and never argued so I don't understand the random lies. This review is to warn.

They explained exactly what needed to be done and followed through. I highly recommend this company for any restoration work because of their excellent customer service and professionalism.     Servpro was dispatched due to flooded basement. The first day they came out they removed the soaked…read morepadding under the carpet, except under the pool table and dart board as they stated the carpet was still salvageable in their opinion, drilled holes in the walls to "get air flow into walls" placed dryers in the basement 2 were placed under the carpet as they were trying to float the carpet well when a carpet is that soaked it won't float so the water pooled at the bottom and never dried any of the carpet . They never took anything out of the basement as they should have since that's part of the contract w/ our insurance instead they laid down plastic and placed item on top of it on a water soaked carpet, also the "craft closet" NOTHING was removed so everything was sitting in on water instead they placed items in the room then placed a small fan, the other closet they removed 2 items, left boxes on the floor that clearly had water damage to them, again they placed a small fan. Yes my basement did contain a lot of stuff however must was in totes, bins and on wire racks. The cabinets that were not attached to the wall were not removed/moved even though they were right next to the sump pump closet. They even placed things under the pool table on soaked padding and carpet. That night my husband and I worked to remove stuff ourselves from the basement, placing them on tables in our living room and garages The 2nd day crew of 2 arrive, they ended up moving the pool table, removing the soaked padding. Nothing was placed on blocks what so ever and we were advised this would be done by the original crew. Saturday comes no one to come monitor since the crew the day before never told them we needed a before 9 appt as we needed to be at a volleyball tournament later that morning. I sent my husband and daughter ahead as I was waiting for Servpro. I get a call at 10:30 from Steven and advised he was still 45mins away I lost it and went into everything with him about my concerns and why was no one told of our request by the other crew member from the day before. Steven apologized deeply reached out to project manager John to see if we can skip the monitor for that day ( this suggestion was made by Steven) and John said yes. I get a text late that day from Steven stating we are on schedule for tomorrow before noon which would be 4/19. I get another text from Steven on Sunday stating they have no one that can do the monitor that day so he will come and do it even though it was his day off he was just helping out. ( we are now at day 4) again expressed the issue with the craft room and nothing being done with it there was still water in there 4 days later , I was advised that there is known to be water still on the floor(s) Steven who was there on Sunday stated the carpet is still very wet readings were coming up 999. Monday the 20th comes another crew arrives and well that is when things actually began to get done even though it should have been done several days before that, the crew member who's name was Brenden was amazing he took care of the issues and due to the fault of the other crews of what was not done he actually called the owner Patrick to my house to see this. Once Patrick arrived carpet was removed cause now since it wasn't properly dried it had to go due it smelling like mold and mildew, the cabinets were pulled from the wall placed on blocks but the damage had been done, the craft room was emptied and walls finally cut. The owner called in another crew to also help Brenden get the job done however the damage to our property had already increased which could have been avoided if the original crew would have done their job correctly on the 1st day. The tile floor in the craft room could not be saved as it began to smell of mold so out that went, several rounds of antimicrobials sprayed so finally things began to dry, however it took 14 days w/fans going 24/7 along with a machine at the top of my stairs outside my basement to keep the air clean. The owner came by on Friday to do a monitor and said that it still needs some more drying and he will check again Monday so no one will be there that weekend. Honestly this review could have been different and damage could have been prevented had his employees not been incompetent, But here i am with additional damage, more incurred costs and a bill from them for just over 8,000.00. The owner never even seemed to care about the additional damage that was caused by his employees however he did apologize big deal that does nothing. In my opinion the only employee that cared about any of this was Brenden as he was the one that took action and finally listen to me and got stuff done that should have been done days before. I am stating facts and can back up everything stated/listed with ring camera footage and video. I will not recommend
