I took my 115 Yamaha, under warranty, to them for warranty repairs. It was Spring and I had dumped old gas, rinsed the tanks out, put fresh fuel in the tank, purged the fuel.lines and changed the water separator fuel filter prior to finding the fuel.pump was bad. Premier said there was water in my fuel tank (lol) and it had messed up my injectors and high pressure fuel pump. After changing all that, they found the fuel pump I told them was bad, was bad. To begin with, there was no water in the fuel. It cost me an arm and a leg to get my boat back, and neither Premier nor Yamaha would help me. Well I bought a new boat 2 years ago and have kept it clean and low hours because of work. I have spent allot of money on the boat and wanted to trade it in on a newer flats boat. Last year at the annual boat show Mark, John D and John M all spoke to me about a great deal on a boat and we could work something out like a pro staff deal for pushing this dealer and line of boats. Man that would be great, as I've done for other dealers. So the beginning of the year came up and guess what???? They all forgot who I was, lol and will not even return calls. Man talk about great people huh. So I go on about my life, no worries really.... I find a boat at the dealer again and they are offering pretty good deals, so I mail them and immediately get a call from Dave at the Houston store.. awesome. So I explain my story, he apologizes and says we can try and get thee best deal possible, send me pics of your boat and we will go from there. So I send over pics and video of my boat and I wait patiently........Well no e mail back, no call back after 4 days. WOW, so I call and speak to Dave and he low balls me on my boat, imagine that huh.. Well the sad thing was he wasn't even going to return an e mail to let me know we couldn't make a deal. They damn sure will be your friend before you sign the paperwork.. after you sign and drive off, if your not a prostaffer....they for get the customer for sure. To me---that would be understandable but, don't push me off like you don't want to deal with me. Here is my deal.. ill never do business with big companies again on boats. Ill have my boat custom built and not have to haggle with liars. So please, if you're in the market, do some research and definitely know that dealer. read more

Premier Yamaha - 23' Majek Texas Slam For Sale Low hours and tons of upgrades - Boating Near Me - Houston, Texas

Bought a boat from the back in November because they're the only Majek dealer around. They sold me a trailer with unmatched wheels and tires and 6 months later I'm still trying to get them to get me a matching set. And the used tire and wheel they put on it needs to be replaced, so now I'm in a bind. Also the service department is horrible. Paid $300 for some powder coating when I bought the boat and their service department tried to charge me $800 for the same work when I wanted to have it redone. I might have bought a boat from them but I damn sure won't let hem work on it. Very responsive before they sell you a boat but when they have your money you can't get them to call you back. read more

I purchased a used boat from premier Yamaha in June 2020 and was told it had been checked out and everything was good. I live in Austin and sent someone to pick the boat up for me only to be told after they drove to Houston that they were just looking at the boat and it has a small transmission leak just a tiny seep and I told them if it just a seep I will deal with it, once the boat got to Austin we opened the engine compartment to find it was not a seep it was a massive leak and the trans was empty. The dealership told me to add fluid and test it out on the water so we did add fluid and get the boat on the water to find the transmission was slipping so bad we almost got stuck on the lake. We were on the lake for half a hour and found the boat was taking on water so much water that we were stuck on the ramp. I call premier Yamaha and talked to Mark the GM, he was very condescending and told me that's what I get for my first boat as if I'm a kid eventually he agreed to pick the boat up and have the trans fixed and a few other things like the leak that almost sunk us on the lake. So when I get the boat back they told me it was fixed and that the mechanic had to replace all the motor mounts because they were so bad that we would have sunk for sure that he did not know how the engine did not fall out the hull. Mark expected me to be happy that they replaced the motor mounts even though they had sold me and told me the boat was checked out and in great shape before selling it to me. So I get the boat back to find the trans is empty and mark tells me to go test it out again and guess what it still slips and takes on water so I took it back down to Houston for premier Yamaha to fix it this time, that was in August 2020 it is now July 2021 and I still do not have my boat. Mark does not return phone calls he is very condescending and talks down to me when I can get ahold of him. In the beginning they did offer me a refund and I was not aware of all these issues at that point had I known how much headache and how bad this boat truly was I would have taken the refund and ran away from premier Yamaha had I know I would have been talked down to and treated like a child I would have taken the refund. Mark is unprofessional rude and petty he constantly makes excuses and has no business being the GM. I have been very polite and I have been very patient because I understand that everything is harder since the pandemic. Save your money and more importantly your time and do not shop at Premier Yamaha boating center they will do nothing but lie and make excuses when you actually get ahold of them. They do not care about the customer and don't understand honesty. It's been 11 months since they took my boat to fix it and still I do not have my boat. As I have told them countless times all I want was what I was told I was getting when I bought the boat from them and nothing more or less then I was sold, but at this point I want a refund but I know Mark will throw it in my face that they offered me a refund that first week after I bought it and not take in the fact that it's been a year and the boat has almost drowned my family and I and I've only had possession of the boat for two weeks while it's been in there possession for eleven and a half months in that time. read more

I took my boat in for a annual service plus fix lock on trolling motor and put a wedge on my lowrance so I could see with polarized glasses and a few other items at the Aransas Pass location they gave me a breakdown of the cost I agreed , when I called to pick up boat they said the part for depth finder broke and they had to get another one so I could not pick up boat Then they asked if I would like for them to paint bottom of trolling motor I said ok , they said boat would be ready next week , went to pick up boat and trolling motor was sanded down but not painted so I took it out for the day but had to take it back to get painted , while fishing started up boat to move while sitting there the alarm started to go off looked back and motor was not pumping out water so I gave it some throttle and it started pumping out water called the service manager and told him he said to to run it and if it does it again they would check it out , so when ever I started it up I would take off with throttle right away , next day we was getting ready to leave red fish bay boathouse where I keep boat started engine and started loading boat another boat behind me yelled out to me telling my boats not pumping out water , so did not go out , dropped off boat at premier for them to fix , a week later they said it was checked out and nothing was wrong , I explained to them it's not right I owned 4 different boats so not my 1st rodeo , any way I said ok I would be there to pick it up because I had a fishing trip setup with friends , then he told me trolling motor was not painted again and if I took it out would have to bring it back even though I was scheduled to pick it up that weekend excuse no paint so I cancelled trip Next week I picked it up and had a bill for $522.00 I asked what this was and they said they checked out boat and nothing was wrong so they charged for there time never once telling me I was going to be charged , we got in big argument I explained how for 2 months my boat was there canceled trips due to them not doing there job plus boat not pumping water in idol for over 1.5 minutes last time and once not at all The service manager called me a week later and asked if I took my boat out again I told him once and when idol it took over a minute no water coming out so I put it in gear to get it to pump , before they did the annual it would pump out within seconds he said that's normal but apologized for everything , he said when his GM got in that Wednesday he would see about refunding my $522.00 minus the painting bottom of trolling motor , so I said you will call me Wednesday he said yes what ever outcome is I will let you know , 3 weeks went by no call back I love my majek illusion had it for 5 years and was looking to get another one next year either a 25 m2 or a extreme but seeing there the only ones that sales them that I know of I will have to look at another bay boat , and now stuck with a motor that could have issues down the road or when I try to sell it .. read more

The WORST place to buy a boat! Just read the reviews for yourself. Mark-GM, Chad-Salesman, Wesley Dawson-Regional Manager are some of the most unprofessional people I've ever dealt with. They talk to you like your a second class human and lie through their teeth. My family was verbally mistreated during our purchase of a 2020 RB200. It was to late to back out after we placed a deposit on the boat. The service after the sale was nonexistent. It took me 3.5 months to get the promised Ranger Mustang Life Vest's and when I went to pick up the 3 promised vests I only received 2. I called Wesley Dawson the regional manager after I got no where with the dealership and he questioned my integrity and character even after proving to him via text message that I was owed the 3 vests as promised by Chad. Truthfulness,Honesty and Integrity of work you will not find at Premier Yamaha Centers.They did a horrible job on the installation of a new Yamaha outboard motor they installed on my boat I purchased from them.They did not install a speedometer and volt gauge on my boat like they agreed to.The one gauge they did install does not work.They did not give me my copies of my financial and other important documents when I sign the agreement.They left a big hole in the battery compartment where the cables go.They left the steering to the motor to loose.They left grease and dirt all over my new motor and boat.They did not take the boat to the water and make sure everything was working properly.Personally I would not recommend buying a new boat or buying a new boat motor from them. After being a loyal customer and overpaying here for 15 years I will no longer do business with Houston yamaha. They are literally willing to throw away a 15 year relationship with a customer who has purchased a dirt bike, four wheeler, and motorcycle from them over 90$ in warranty work. I will not recommend them to any more of my friends or anyone on motohouston group rides. The service department will not work with you in the least bit and I was told even though other dealerships would do what I'm asking I can go screw myself and take my business there. The service manager very bluntly told me even if Kawasaki warranty devision calls them asking them to they will not honer the factory recall unless they get paid to install the part. Don't spend your hard earned money at a place that doesn't treat there customers right. If your looking to save some money and get a more personal friendly experience I would try A different dealership. read more

Went to dealership to look at a Ranger boat. Talked to a salesman, got a brochure then went home and did my research. Did a follow-up visit, told the salesman what boat I was interested in, he took down my personal info and said they would get back with me. Never got a offer / deal on this boat. Not sure how they stay in business if they treat all customers like this. read more
