During the sales process, I was told the RV had no mechanical issues, no water leaks, and no prior damage. I was also charged a $799 vehicle preparation fee, which I understood meant the coach had been inspected and was ready for use. Within the first use of the RV, multiple significant issues surfaced: The driver-side slide would not retract properly (this issue was already present at pickup) The rooftop AC system caused water to pour into the interior through vents and speakers The dash AC system was not working and has since been diagnosed with a failed evaporator requiring replacement (~$2,400 repair) A rear oil leak appeared immediately after returning home Further inspection revealed prior fiberglass structural repair that was not disclosed at the time of sale These are not minor issues -- they are material defects that either existed at delivery or were not disclosed. To date, I've incurred and been quoted several thousand dollars in repairs. I made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve this directly with the dealership and provided detailed documentation, invoices, and photos. No meaningful resolution was offered. As a result, I have filed a complaint with the Texas DMV. I understand that used RVs are sold as-is, but that does not excuse inaccurate representations or undisclosed material issues. At a minimum, buyers should not assume a vehicle has been properly inspected simply because a "prep fee" is charged. My advice to anyone considering Top Choice RV: Get an independent inspection before purchase Personally verify every major system Do not rely on verbal representations I would not make this purchase again.

While I could not find a specific category that lists "boat covers and boat lifts," hopefully those who are searching for a business that installs and repairs boat covers, plus any other categories listed above will find their way to this review. A bit of background information. We live on Lake Conroe, and hired A DIFFERENT boat lift/boat cover company to install our lift and cover in May 2013. Two months later, a storm passed through our area and bent the rolling boat cover (the frame and cover) on one side to the point that it almost hit the top of our boat. The company came out and charged us $1,100 just to repair the bent frame and to re-install the original boat cover. At that point, we had paid the company over $8,000. Fast forward two years later, and the boat cover was badly mildewed top and bottom. In addition, another storm came through and bent the frame and cover AGAIN. I called the original boat lift/boat cover installer and was told the company has a new owner. I asked for someone to come out and give me a quote to repair the frame and replace the cover. Long story short, several phone calls later, several emails later, several no-shows and excuses for not showing up to give me a quote, and someone FINALLY SHOWED UP. After all of that effort on my part to give the ORIGINAL boat lift/boat cover company (Company Initials: TBLC) my business, the promised quote was never sent to me via email as was stated. In addition, I contacted three OTHER boat lift/boat cover companies, and they either did not return my call or they did not show up as stated to give me a quote. By chance, I located Premier Boat Dock & Patio on the internet, and I decided to give them a call. Jimmy, the owner answered immediately and told me he was working in my area and would come by to give me a quote. As promised, he showed up and gave me the quote on the spot. While I was very interested in the "touchless" boat cover system that he installs, I opted to have him just replace the existing boat cover with a new one and repair the bent frame. I paid 50% deposit to him via Chase QuickPay online, and when the cover arrived, Jimmy called me and said the men could come out the next day and install it. From the time I contacted him until the time the job was finished, just two weeks had passed by! While the men were here today, I mentioned that my lift belt was not in very good condition. It just so happened they had a new belt with them and they installed it for a very reasonable fee. At the company website, it states "We treat you like family." Indeed, that was my positive experience with Premier Boat Dock & Patio....such a breath of fresh air considering I couldn't get quotes out of any other companies I contacted...much less get the job done! Apparently the other companies don't need my business/money. I highly recommend Premier Boat Dock & Patio. I am a very satisfied customer.

I had a dead 2003 Malibu Wakesetter with ECM issues. The boat hadn't run for three and a half…read moreyears. Indmar had stopped supporting the older MiFi ECMs. I had the boat at three different inboard shops in the Dallas/Ft.Worth area, including the Malibu Dealer. Nobody had the expertise, skill or confidence to take on and finish the project. Since Master Watercraft Services is literally in my back yard here in Cypress, I stopped by one day on a whim and talked with Clayton Franks, the owner, and he said that he would look at it. Typically, a blown ECM is the final failure on an engine and not the root cause, so in addition to having the ECM rebuilt you must also diagnosis the causes of the initial problem, and in my boat's case there were several. Underlying problems diagnosed were ignition coil, ignition module, wiring harness issues and a completely plugged fuel injection system, any one of which could have been the root problem causing the ECM failure. Clayton was not only able to diagnose and fix the problems above, he fixed some gremlins that had been plaguing the boat since before the ECM failure. Additionally, he was able to fix the damage the other shops had done while trying to fix the engine like missing bolts, loose brackets and poor electrical work, before they gave up. The boat runs like new now! Most service shops that you visit these days are full of technicians that are "parts replacers" and not skilled at diagnostics. Clayton is an old-time mechanic in a young man's body. I'm lucky I found him.

Around February of this year me and my husband started looking for a new rv or a nicer used one to house us and 3 of our kids. We were in the process of selling our home and we would live full time in said rv. We looked for months all over the United States when in May we found online our 2025 Forest River Wildwood Heritage Roost 43. This was housed at Fun Town Rv in Waller. We called and spoke with Meddy Nieto and the dealer representative Debra Schreiber to schedule a day to come from where we lived at the time in Wyoming to Waller, Texas my husband who transports RVs had scheduled a drop off in Houston for 6/1/2026 and then we would go in on 6/2/2026 to check out the RV. This was not a guarantee that we were going to purchase and we made that extremely clear during our conversations. After our initial conversation Meddy Nieto called us several more times essentially begging us to change our plans and come into the dealership before the end of the month his own words were if we purchased the RV before the 1st of June our sales representative would receive a bonus we reiterated to both Meddy and Debra we where again not guaranteeing purchase of the RV but that we would try to arrive before the 1st which fell on a Monday Meddy Nieto stated they would stay open for however long we needed as again we where traveling from Wyoming to Houston TX and then to Waller when we finally arrived on Sunday 5/31/2026 we did a walk through with Debra we really liked the unit aside from the fact it was pretty dirty which she did state it would be detailed if we decided to purchase and there was mold in the washing machine she also stated that would be taken care of Debra was not familiar with the unit at all she didn't show us the speaker system, lights, storage really anything she just showed us the rooms that was it we then agreed to speak to Meddy the financial Coordinator we went over pricing and warranty we wanted to get the best deal possible as we had found 2025 brand new never used Wildwood same model for 7,000 more than this model we were then told that Meddy Nieto had already sent off SIGNED paperwork for warranty etc to the bank and nothing could be changed even though we hadn't even agreed to ANY SALE at that time we confronted him and asked why he would do that as 1. This is extremely illegal and his response was well I thought due to the fact that we stayed open for you guys to come and look at this unit you would be purchasing again we were not agreeing to anything. We were strictly coming to view the unit we did not agree to purchase he then reiterated about Deborah's bonus at this point in time, all bets should have been off and we should've just left and thanked them for their time, but we really liked the unit and after months and months of searching for the right RV we really thought this was going to be the RV for us and boy oh boy could we not have been more wrong none the less we did agree to purchase before we left we were told the rv would be detailed and the mold in the washing machine would be taken care of we left that night and returned the next day we found that nothing was taken care of we asked that the mold at least be taken care of a lady ran inside and sprayed it with Lysol and that was it. We got our RV home to Wyoming where I saw that the mold was still there. I called and was told that the entire washing machine would be replaced I called for weeks to try and get an update, he called me back and was extremely rude to me on the phone and said that they were not going to replace the unit after all, but would send me a new seal and that never was sent to me and I never heard back from anybody fast-forward to what we are dealing with now we have sense moved from Wyoming to Florida the other day, my AC unit that is in my bedroom went out. My Husband called to get the information on the warranty where we were told that the warranty that we purchased that was illegally sent in before we agreed to even purchase the rv was only for roadside assistance. Last night, the second out of the three AC units in the RV went out so now we only have one working AC unit in the RV and nobody is helping us. We called Meddy and he said oh no somebody will reach out to you. We will get this figured out. Nobody has called us. It's the same song and dance that we've heard since May. Nobody responds to us after so long I want other people to avoid this situation. Avoid this dealership at all costs. I genuinely believe that they are scammers.
