Here's a polished version suitable for a review:…read more I'm rebuilding my home in Altadena and realized at the last minute--right before we closed up the walls--that I hadn't run any coax, Cat 6, or wiring for home entertainment speakers. I was in a serious time crunch and needed help fast. After calling a few companies, Tony immediately understood the urgency. He showed up that same night after finishing his other jobs, brought a crew, and got everything completed before the walls were closed. The quality of the work was excellent, the installation was clean and professional, and the pricing was very competitive. I highly recommend Tony to anyone looking for quality low-voltage wiring, networking, or home entertainment installation work.

My husband originally planned…read moreto install the cameras himself, but once we realized how complicated hardwiring could be, I decided to call a professional. I'm so glad we chose Sassi! Eric came out for an in-person consultation, which was incredibly helpful. The original spots we had picked for our cameras would've left blind spots, but he walked us through better placement for full coverage. I honestly expected them to be booked out until after Thanksgiving, but to my surprise they were able to squeeze us in--and even came out to install everything in the rain. We purchased our own cameras and my husband requested conduit for added wire protection. The installers went above and beyond, and their cable management was truly impressive--everything is clean, tidy, and perfectly routed. What would have taken us days (and plenty of frustration!) only took their team a few hours. They were quick, efficient, extremely neat with their work, and also genuinely friendly and kind. I highly recommend Sassi Inc to anyone looking for professional, reliable security camera installation. We feel so much more at ease in our new home thanks to them!

The first time he came with his assistant Oscar to work on the cameras. The two of them worked together on a really hot day, and they got all the cameras installed exactly where I wanted them to be. We discovered however, that the WiFi Modem/Router I had was not pushing the signal far enough. David suggested that I purchase a Wire Mesh Router called an Eero, which would increase the signal to all the cameras. At his recommendation, I purchased the Eero but ran into problems when connecting it all up. But David was right there to help me. Since I also needed some electrical work in my garage, David came out again and diagnosed the problem and created the solution. He then went to work on my Reolink network and saw that I had incorrectly connected the Eero. Once that was connected, it all seemed to be working fine. I would hire David again in a heartbeat and would recommend to others that they do the same. David AV has five star reviews for a reason: it's deserved! It's so nice to find truly professional people like this. Thanks again, David and Oscar!
