To me the dough was very well cooked. The inside (potato) tasted like it came out of a package as dry potato, which was disappointing. Pierogis tasted too bland, not enough salt or flavor. I would be much happier if they contain real potato and would be more flavorful. Still, I hope to stop by at Perla and order more to go orders. I'm especially interested in trying other options.
