Fast forward to Ricky at Garage Door Pro who went above and beyond to research for options outside of his normal network. He ended up finding a Harmonn model that fit the bill, which was more reasonably priced. The new supplier had a delay and shipping issues that weren't Ricky's fault but he constantly kept tab on things for us. After a couple of months, the door arrived and Ricky delivered/installed it within a week in less than 4 hours. It came with a fresh door track, trim and other parts. So far, we haven't had any issues and I don't anticipate any but we have a 90-day service warranty and 3 year product warranty. They claim I said not to clear garage fronts. Seriously. When I questioned why they left snow on drive & front of garage they said it was packed ice they can't remove. Noone uses drive as it is a 2nd home. They quoted to shovel front of garage which is shorter than front walkway but quote was 3x more. They claim they misquoted our front walk. They attempted to plow next snow & again terrible job. I have security cameras & they said they came to fix it & noone is on camera, but I was charged. I asked to cancel contract. They gave me 2 differ snow totals with differ $$ I asked to talk to owner James He sounded like he could care less. They also want to charge $250 to break contract. I have attempted to contact them numerous times & now no response. I still do not have my very small but refund they said I would get. I would not use them or recommend them. They do not do quality work! Thankfully I found someone else who does an excellent job for much less $$$ and I pay as he plows/shovels. He also contacts me when he is coming to house.

And when they called two days later and said they could do the work that afternoon, I knew I had made the right decision. They worked as a team, anticipated each other's needs and accomplished every item on my list. They moved furniture, they lowered the shower curtain rod to accommodate my curtain and liner, they tightened two benches, they organized my huge walk in closet and a large coat closet. They placed a crucial door stopper to protect a brand new white cabinet in my kitchen AND they hung my artwork as competently as any art gallery manager! All of them were kind, funny, skilled and very modest. They offered to come back to do any five minute job or a day long project. We did argue about the price before they left and I won! Their asking price was a hundred dollars less than I thought it should be so I happily wrote a check for that hundred dollars more.
