Kaerek Homes is the absolute worst company I've had the misfortune to work with! I was looking…read moreinto a home and lot package in the Lake Five Farms subdivision in Lisbon and inquired if a specific lot was available. Jordan Kaerek advised that the lot was open and promised that he would hold onto the property while we spoke about a home build. This occurred on a Monday and I met with him to hammer out the particulars that Thursday. We were still in mid-negotiation when I received an email from him the next day that the lot was now sold and under contract. Kaerek never informed me that someone else was looking into the lot and never offered a right of first refusal to me. They lied to my face and completely broke their promise. I tried discussing the matter with Jordan on the phone and all he did was interrupt and talk over me. At the time I met with Jordan, the company was having a 65th anniversary party at their facility and he was more interested in getting to their barbeque than working on my home build. After two years of endless searching, my wife and I finally located the lot of our dreams and were crushed by this miserable company! Jordan and Kaerek Homes are absolute slime and I would implore anyone to fine another builder!

Exceptional, exceptional building experience!!! A+ experience from start to finish. Jordan Kaerek…read moremade the building experience absolutely seamless and easy. So grateful for Jordan's expertise, from serving as our realtor in the purchase of our Kaerek spec home to guiding us throughout the process. He has been personable, kind, and so polite. We were able to make many of the selections, and the quality of the home (the Hampton Elite) for the price was absolutely unmatched, for I shopped around. The Elite contained so many upgrades, and the price was second to none. Jordan was extraordinarily responsive to emails...usually within an hour or two!! Such a strong knowledge of all things related to the build and purchase as our realtor. Brittany, the lead designer, is so talented and kind. I always looked forward to seeing her, and the final design turned out so incredibly beautiful. Thank you, Jordan and Brittany! If we ever build again, we will without fail call you again.

The salesperson said that he could replace the siding on the entire home from the payout of an insurance claim. The person swore up and down that I would be getting my siding replaced for the cost of my homeowners insurance deductible. A week down the road the person called and said that my insurance company isn't paying enough and they would be losing money if they resided my home. I then asked the representative to quote me the cost of residing my home given the insufficient payout from the insurance company. I never got a call back from them. To make a long story short, Loyal Family Renovations backed out of the deal. They should not be promoting the way they do if they aren't willing to back up their promises. They hook you with a verbal promise but in writing they leave themselves an out.
